I totally agree with him. It's like the bugs get fixed, shitty lasts forever. Most of the time fixing a bug means getting tot the root of the problem.

When these transitions only took 60 days, why not take another look at the 'several billion years'? Maybe life did form much faster under certain conditions.
So I think the discussion should be about the copyright law. Not about "I think this service sucks so I will get an illegal copy".
Don't get me wrong. I think it's absurd that you can get a penalty of $10.000 for downloading a MP3. I think the copyright rules should change.
But I think it's silly to fight a law by disobeying it. It will give the MPAA good ground to say "see they are pirates".
See how silly this sounds?
The problem with digital media is that it's very easy to copy. You can't just copy a car.
There are tons of website offering free music. So just support those artists instead of the ones charging too much for an inferior service.
But still.. that's some serious money thrown away.
But what about not using the internet on SOPA day? That would make a statement. If all tech companies just stopped using the internet for one day, people might get a little idea of what the internet means to us and how our work with internet is related to our customers.
As people already noticed, you have to play a little bit with the timing.
Maybe Google is just playing safe and only launches when they are 100% sure the browser supports the app.
Maybe large companies do this because they fear change because change is much harder for large companies.
When a browser vendor releases access to a Javascript API that can control your CPU fan speed it has nothing to do with HTML, CSS or Javascript. So it's no surprise people sometimes call a meatball spaghetti.
Or print your own brain as lamp: http://www.lervik.se/index.asp?func=show&cat=Collection&...
And you are also wrong about the price. The iPhone is not more expensive than other phones. Besides, most people don't buy a phone here, they take a contract with a provider.
So it's a little less salty.
If you can't (are not allowed) to look over the fence, you won't know that the grass is greener on the other side.
Just compare the price of other packages ;)
Contrast is the key here. Red for example is a very dark color. That's why they use to print secret documents on red paper. When you would copy such document with a copier it would become completely black.
