That’s precisely why I skipped M1 altogether. The M2 gains are great and we will have more mature software. The second M2 Pro drops, it’s an instant buy.
I was there last winter and the free transport was just incredible. Especially for a tourist. On top of all of the busses and trams being super new and clean, it was a dream.
I have experienced this with using m.2 SSDs in an external enclosure. I found they all throttled until I bought one that had a fan. Never throttled again.
Are you sure you are using the h264_videotoolbox options? I mean, you might be, but that, for me, seems to be the problem. Ffmpeg is quite fast if you can invoke the hardware encoders.
I have also found that search results are getting frustratingly worse. Often even when I put in explicit search terms and quotes, and filter out words that I don't want, Google will return results that don't adhere to what I am looking for or just return no results at all. I remember when I would search for something and find much more relevant information. Now the first 5 or 6 search results are ad-sponsored and aren't relevant, but I have to go to the 3rd or 4th page to find something that matches. I also often have to search for things that were posted in the last year or less because the older postings are increasingly irrelevant.
I use Swarm a lot and it has been invaluable for me to remember places that I have been to. I use it all of the time to remember what places are worth returning to and to tell my friends who are looking for recommendations in certain cities.
Opera cast is generally pretty great, but it is pretty manual and they do miss a lot of things going on. There are now lots of classical streaming only services like Primephonic, Idagio, and others that take care of the metadata problem.
I am not sure I understand. The whole point of social media is that you don’t have to talk to people one-on-one and waste time. I literally have no clue what “community” is trying to solve. There is no way that people with a large community will have any meaningful interaction with their followers.
Sorry but multi account containers aren’t even close to the same thing as having separate profiles. This is one of those things for me that keeps me coming back to chrome.
Fun anecdote here. Just last month my wife and I were in Barcelona and we needed to go to Madrid. She had her company buy a plane ticket and I took the train. We left at the exact same time and I took 100% public transportation and she had a car service on both ends and a plane ticket.
I made it to our destination across the town from the Madrid central 45 minutes before she did.
I use a modified Scrape ‘N Feed to scrape the sites I need without RSS. With this I can go another level deeper and scrape the entire article and return that back to the feed instead of just getting the snippet.
How many satellites will be needed to be operational? What’s chips are comparable with the new bands? I know that there is currently only one phone with the Motorola chip, the Huawei P20 Pro.
How long until the satellite launches will it be operational after the tests? I couldn’t seem to find any of this information anywhere. Just basic press releases.
I still consume nearly all of my content in 720p. The bandwidth requirements usually outstrip my need for fidelity. This is especially true when traveling when I don’t have access to my own broadband. It’s easy to get stuck in a place with slow internet services.
Yeah. This was an instant but for me. Knowing his past materials and insight. Any designer would see this as a strong investment. I can use this in future projects and keep this as a reference. Glad it was released.
I still haven’t switched from chrome because of the superior multi-user switching and the ability to have different proxies on different user accounts.
The MTA's union has kept unneeded workers employed. One of the main issues is having two people per train employed when almost every other transit system in the world uses only one person per train.
On top of this, but actively lobbying against having driverless trains and other cost-saving technologies leaves NYC with the most expensive and antiquated system in the world
