Are there other languages _like Rust_? Have you heard of large, production code bases maintained at large successful companies that are written in Rust?
The sub-systems will fall into obsolescence otherwise...
* The files can live anywhere (say, the Dropbox folder)
* The files are plain text
* The markup is minimal and there is UI for it
* The app is a bit old-school - none of the flat ui, panes, online-email-style stuff. No Electron.
All good so far. Yet the app forces the user to organize stuff into linked pages. Let's see whether I have the patience to stick with it.
The title is something like "The tale of Buran" now.
Yet I think I have a stigma claiming illness or disability... don't know. So, next time I'm going to try this:
I am a foreigner and have serious issues understanding
spoken English. Please avoid calling me and let us try to
resolve the issue over email.I tried looking for it, but could not find it. Perhaps someone had saved a copy... or even stumbled upon an English translation.
That's called haggling or bargaining and is old as the notion of trade.
1) Does it have a side-by-side diff?
2) If not, can I plug my own app?
#include <stdio.h>
int main(void) {
int arr[16];
int *p = &arr[0] + 1;
int *q = &arr[1];
printf("pointers: %p %p %d\n", p, q, p == q);
return 0;
}
The result is perfectly correct and predictable, as the Standard guarantees pointer comparisons in this case: pointers: 0x71b35ac790d4 0x71b35ac790d4 1
The original code in the article relies on UB, I think, so all bets are off.
