Yours is much more interesting though.
Here's Big Clive doing a teardown on the device in your video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPnLnk35XsY
FWIW, YouTube ads are just normal, unlisted videos. You can get their ID by:
- right-clicking on the video while the ad is playing,
- selecting 'Stats for nerds',
- copying the 'Video ID' from the debug info in the top left corner,
- appending this ID to 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v='
This also allows you to see the account associated with the ad and how often this ad has been played already.
For example, here's a (German) scam ad promoting a cheap ceramic heater as having "effectively no energy costs": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WorrpfjAYdc

> Here are some situations where contract terms may be judged unfair under EU rules:

> - Terms which allow you to alter a contract unilaterally unless the contract states a valid reason for doing so."

frik on April 25, 2014:
> The Nokia fate will be remembered as hostile takeover. Everything worked out in the favor of Microsoft in the end. Though Windows Phone/Tablet have low market share, a lot lower than expected.
> * Stephen Elop the former Microsoft employee (head of the Business Division) and later Nokia CEO with his infamous "Burning Platform" memo: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Elop#CEO_of_Nokia
> * Some former Nokia employees called it "Elop = hostile takeover of a company for a minimum price through CEO infiltration": https://gizmodo.com/how-nokia-employees-are-reacting-to-the-...
For the record: I don't actually believe that there is an evil Microsoft master plan. I just find it sad that Microsoft takes over cool stuff and inevitably turns it into Microsoft™ stuff or abandons it.
I definitely want immigrants to integrate in our society (and am prepared to do this when I travel into another country). But I would not expect anyone to assimilate - which to my understanding means giving up their previous culture and take on the culture of the host country.
German here. Absolutely no chance? What would be the first step in this direction?
I imagine that to make HSR happen, first one would have to create walkable cities which make people want to use public transport so that the local transit network gets expanded which in turn makes high-speed rail viable.
Couldn't one start locally with closing downtown to cars? Would there be any chance for this to happen anywhere?
However, I wonder why the pen calibration data is not stored on an controller on the display panel? That would absolutely make sense.
Young child with cancer? Nope, not worth the risk.
Patient with mental health problems? Takes too long, outcome not easily measurable.
Obese patient with back pain? Let's do surgery instead of investigating and treating the root causes.

[1] https://pandoc.org/For my decisions, the assumed intent of the rule was slightly different than yours: no potentially fast-moving objects that might cause severe accidents.
So: no cars, no bikes, no skateboards. RC toy cars with low mass are okay. Rowing boats are not okay because they might harm swimming people. The surfboard on the beach is okay because it is not moving fast within the park. Etc.
> 1. There had to be a certification process to use the controller, including risk analysis which would absolutely deny any attempt to
Also, if this was not a honest question but just a rethorical one: please read and take to heart the HN guidelines [1]. Essential part: It is better to explain why you disagree with the parent poster than to post snarky comments that do not contribute to the discussion.
This is just hot air.
P.S.: thanks for the COVID updates
