It's not fun when people end up with that domain in their history on corporate networks. Fun would be redirecting to a rickroll, what you did is malicious.
I won't be running ads in this format. They're a great way to make your target audience harbour negative feelings towards your brand. I can see these kinds of ads quickly becoming a sea of low-quality, spammy, or scammy ads like the fake game adverts that seem prevalent on Facebook.
I wonder if maybe they have implemented the touch bar in a much more useful way? The mac one was pointless and only served to reduce utility but with the right software it could have been fantastic. Some 3rd party software hacks even gave it haptic feedback (by activating the trackpads haptics) and that alone made it a million times better. Interested to see what Dell have done with it.
Wouldn't someone using this sort of thing also buy a cheap burner phone and throw-away sim card? They're easy to buy with cash and you don't need to register them or anything to use them. Supermarkets in the UK even sell sims with credit already loaded onto them.
It's different, sure. But it's not _better_ for it. They made the UX worse to give the scroll wheel a reason to exist, that isn't what I class as innovation.
It was very obvious that the original statement from Rabbit was knowingly false when they made it. It's weird to me how these companies dig themselves deeper by doing stuff like that, have they never experienced the real world before?
I've seen this kind of comment a few times, I was considering building some tools on top of Claude but this strongly puts me off. I don't want to invest the engineering time only to randomly have the account blocked with no warning and no explanation.
Do you plan to add support for microsoft calendars and email? I have gmail but none of my work stuff is in there so I can't really make great use of this :(
You can just as easily run pirated games on real hardware as you can a steamdeck, and vice-versa. You're conflating emulation and piracy. Emulation does not mean piracy as it is perfectly legal (and moral) to dump a game that you own so that you can play it on your preferred hardware.
Sheesh! Do you need a hug? Anyway, with chat GPT you can simply give it the image from the reddit post and get the OCRd and translated text. It's one step, it's fast, it's accurate enough. Why not use it?
100% agree with you. Copilot does the really boring stuff for me so I can work on actually solving the interesting problems. Copilot was down for a few hours the other week and I was so sick of typing out all the boilerplate stuff it usually does for me that I moved onto non-coding tasks until it was back online.
I'm more than willing to take the trade off of slightly worse metadata and a less polished UI vs plex reporting all my media, habits, etc to their movie studio bed partners. They've already turned on their users and are abandoning what made plex great to begin with. Once you get used to JellyFin it's really great.
I mean, They're an organisation creating AI models, releasing an AI model. Them using AI images isn't hugely shocking to anyone with the capacity to reason. The picture looks cool at first glance, and that is really all that matters. It's just a cool bit of eye-candy leading into the article.
My wife was watching the ITV drama on this last night and I had to leave the room. It was making me so incredibly angry that such huge injustices can be allowed to take place. I recommend the show to anyone with better control of their emotions that me!
