Is this a bad think? F2P games are more lottery than video games. There would be statistics how many kids play it. In the best case scenario this would result in regulation of those practices.

I have switched to clion from eclipse CDT in 2018 (because of missing support for newer C++ standards) and never looked back (tried vscode but its UI is not customizable at all). Later I have subscribed for all product pack as I have projects in multiple languages (personal license is quite cheap especially with discount for long term customers).
The only think I hate about jetbrains IDEs is their licensing. It is not possible to have all features in one project:
* idea ultimate has plugins for everything except native (support is limited without debuger etc.)
* clion has plugins for native but limited plugins for everything else (pycharm community, limited JS support, no big data tools for kafka etc.)
I work on python project with some parts being C++ modules and I have to switch between IDEs for one project to have all features.
1. Course was created to scale so cheating is super easy and harder to spot without side channel (common pool of multiple choice questions).
Author fixed this, which deserves huge thumbs up. Also making course more interesting is great and I would love if all teachers reflected this. Punishing students without changing course would probably did not solve anything.
2. Technical course students have zero clue about technology they use but they completely trust it.
It looks like they do not care about learning how thinks work. Probably they are there just for a degree. Imagine hiring someone like that, freshly from college, without experience and not willing to learn anything.
Sanctions cannot stop this war unless they will lead to coup or state collapse (both are unlikely in near future). Sanctions put pressure on Russian elites and together with foreign aid also probably will prevent Russian victory in Ukraine.
I hope that no one is so stupid to resume business with Russia if they end the war quickly. They need to completely change their mindset from imperialism first. Otherwise it is similar to doing business with North Korea.
I have this info from one of the journalist who were close to Belarus border in the beginning of the invasion. First he wrote article about how hopeless situation is because he rode a few hours to Kiev before seeing first defense. But after two days all the attacks on Kiev stopped so it probably was smart strategy to make supply lines too long to defend them. Even on Monday he reported that only shelling he saw was from Ukrainian army.
I think it is the problem of supply and demand because EU and even more US* are making vaccines way more expensive.
* EU is buying vaccines together to not compete for price between states but the price is probably way higher than African countries can pay. Imagine the whole world teamed up together and vulnerable people would be vaccinated at the same time before young healthy people as it is done now in EU.
Not to mention that climate in central Europe effectively stops virus from May to October so it will be way more efficient to vaccinate people in August and September.
Courses are project based. You are doing some small programing project. You will learn both theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to successfully finish it. Their courses are integrated into jetbrains IDEs or you can use web version.

So I stopped playing games and started to live again. First I was not in the shape to meet people a lot. It was too exhausting to concentrate on them. So I started running and exercising regularly. It helped me cope with uncontrolled mind. Tiring myself physically really improved my mood and sleep. After half the year I felt so fit that it also boosted my self confidence. This also helped me to look attractive for other people. I stoped looking like nerd wasting time with games, but I started to look like fit guy full of energy ready for anything.
Computer games felt the same as medication. It did not help me to recover but it just helped me not feel shit about myself and kept me at the same place.
It is true that some defaults are annoying and lots of configuration options are missing in GUI programs but it is still possible to configure basically everything using gsettings or gnome extensions (which I prefer over KDE style config).
I do not like some gnome apps (i.e. nautilus or gedit) but there are alternatives so no big problem there.
This new lockdown will not help at all. PM will see popularity loss in april so he will open the country too much and it will lead to another outbreak.
My biggest problem with vscode is lack of UI configuration. You can have only one panel which is huge waste on big screen. Some useful features compete for screen space (outline vs. project explorer, project explorer vs. debug window etc.). This makes me way less productive than using heavyweight configurable IDE.
I still switched to 1440p as 4K is just better looking 1080p. You cannot fit more information on the screen with scaling and without scaling everything is too small. I work as backend developer so space is more important for me than visual quality.

Also source article is really incoherent I do not know what author tried to say maybe some vague claim about possible bribery? Those newspapers are owned by czech PM and he uses them to attack political opponents. I would not believe a word from them otherwise there is another source.
Prague is now ruled by Pirate party and they are against using cameras for surveillance. They stated it in November 2019 when police wanted to start using face recognition. I am not sure why they added Prague to the list.
