If your Sonos speakers are old enough, take a day out and downgrade them all to S1. Just like magic it will all start working like it did the day you got it.
Even if OR roll out symmetrical I doubt that many retail ISPs will sell it because that's one of the main selling points for Ethernet/"leased line" circuits for businesses
Absolutely love my 2014 PHEV Prius, will do about 7 miles on battery which will get me to the shops and back. Never had a problem with it, about to hit 200k miles and still pretty much perfect
You're mainly paying for the software on this device, keeping everything in Intune is a big selling point rather than having to fiddle around with third-party thin client management software from the vendor. If this device supported Azure Virtual Desktop it'd be a no-brainer for orgs that lean heavily on it like mine.
Yep, content inspection is enabled on the student Internet and they have to install a root certificate to get online. No cell signal since we’re out in the sticks so it’s their only option
This kind of system is now required by law in UK schools, meaning that we have to MITM all student traffic even on their own devices, and some of the alerts are really really vague since they're just matching anything in search terms (my favourite being an alert for the word "gang" because "river ganges" was searched on Google)
My work laptop is a 13th gen ThinkPad and it also gets extremely hot and the battery sucks. Although the keyboard is much better and it’s got an Ethernet port which is a godsend
I moved from an older ThinkPad to the first generation Framework. While the idea of the repairability, expansion cards etc sounded great, it simply just ran far too hot and the battery life sucked. I ended up going 180 to the other end and buying a reduced 14 inch MacBook Pro (base model) which has been the best computer I've ever owned, macOS being awful aside. It's what a laptop should be like, not worrying about chargers, it not cooking your lap, just overall a very enjoyable machine
In a normal 5v5 match, you need everybody else on the team to vote yes to kick the cheater. If they're queued with someone else (which is very likely) then you've got no chance
Interesting - I wouldn't use an OEM install of Windows because you have no idea what they've done to it, even uninstalling all the crap that comes with it still doesn't clean it 100 percent. It's pretty terrible that you can't just use it out of the box
Some apps are brilliant though - Wetherspoon pubs in the UK (despite not at all being the height of dining) have an app that works really well, I don't think I've ordered at a person there for at least 5 years.
looks like that's hosted in DE - might not be the best latency? would try self hosting it on a box in Florida or something to try and get the best connection to you both
