To me the key is joy. The joy of writing, maintaining and using software.
I can understand it wouldn't be a crime to create a random email address but creating a fake house address and using this for payments sounds a little tricky.
I think Carbon will change 3D printing because they provide better chemical / structural (layer less) properties and better speed so it is more suitable for production models.
So they could listen to the keyboard and the screen to 'read' the message before it is sent.
Nothing new here.
It's remarkable that those stories have some things in common. For example live span decreases after a 'big flood' or another big event.
So some people think that climate also might account for how long we live.
And even today some people claim to be very old: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longevity_claims
Edit: a double airlock
It uses one table for identifiers and field tables for all data connected to the identifier. To store a user with a username, a password and an email address it uses 3 tables. One for the username (identifier), one for the password and one for the email address.
The only safe way to insert a user is by using transactions.
For example if I like 'dark' music I might as well like a song from a techno artist and a classical orchestra.
But this can be very complex. What some people find aggressive music others find a little too soft.
EDIT: by the way: because of the above I also think a recommendation for a song is better than for a band.
I believe both design, interaction and logic could be done agile.
Simplified: The use must login. So we need a screen with a login method. What fields are needed? What should happen on interaction with the form elements? How should the form elements look?
The whole team of graphic, interaction and logic designers work together with the client to make this happen.
The parent is refering to the fact that it's much easier to make a design work on more resolutions with vectors.
My wife stopped working because she want's to be a full time mother (which is hard work by the way).
I also try to work at home as much as possible because kids grow up so fast it's easy to miss the first baby steps.
Yes we have less money to save and have to skip some things once in a while but it's worth it.
Yes. And I'm absolutely not an expert.
But I think you are missing an important goal of RDBs: data integrity. This is why people like to use this storage method over a NoSQL method.
Need to store subscriptions or news items? Then NoSQL might be fine. But when you need to store data relations, well thats why it's called Relational Data Base.
I advice you never to stop learning even when stuff seems difficult.
The quote and your command are all based on feelings and assumptions.
I drove a Fiat Stilo on the highway when it suddenly decided to shift to 2nd gear because a gearbox failure occurred. It was a known software error.
~40% is stolen by professionals
~28% is stolen by junks
That's why I used the words "I'm not sure this is always true." ;)By the way, bike owners:
US: ~18%
NL: ~84%In The Netherlands a lot of bikes are stolen because people are too lazy to walk.
Most of the time your stolen bike can be found again next to a bus stop or train station.
"There are plenty of scientific reasons why skyscrapers don’t—and probably won’t—have trees, at least not to the heights which many architects propose. Life sucks up there. For you, for me, for trees, and just about everything else except peregrine falcons. It’s hot, cold, windy, the rain lashes at you, and the snow and sleet pelt you at high velocity."
Edit: it makes me wonder: what about grass. A lot of grass can live up to 2km.
Unfortunately I think this is very true.
I'm not sure but I think our liberal thinking became money thinking. And when a lot of decisions are based on money the human factor is lost. Then it becomes hard to understand what our culture is about.
A small example is the way we build. A lot of buildings are made cheap, for status, and so on. This alienates us because we as humans don't fit in. But it can be hard to tell why we got the feeling we don't fit in. The ability to understand is lost.
