I am a SQL Server DBA at an Awesome Company in Austin TX.
I enjoy WWE, UFC, Big Brother and Burn Notice.
I listen to Ron & Fez and Opie and Anthony on XM Radio.
I have an iPad and a Windows 7 phone. People tell me I am confused.

I remember hearing a guy say something along the lines of: You do all these things to extend your life, but you're not extending your 20's and 30's. You're extending your 70's and 80's.
I am personally seeing the growth from Mexico. In the past month, a large chunk of my cousins have added me. But like others have said, most of their updates are from the Spanish version of Farmville, etc.
I wear a Halo UNSC hoodie around and people always ask what it stands for, or what branch of the military I am a part of. I tell them it stands for the United Nations Space Command and it won't exist for another 150 years.
And it really bothers me that I have absolutely 0% chance of seeing the year 2160.
How long does it take to create a coin using the official client? The only coin I have is from that bit coin faucet that I heard about a while back. I've been running the client now for almost a month, and nothing. I've dedicated 2 of my laptop cores on coin generation, but I haven't seen anything. Or, are the only people getting coins those that are using their GPUs to generate coins?
Cool idea! One quick thing: I would change the
"(Minus our cut)"
wording to something a little more friendly. Maybe transaction fee or something along those lines.
On the drive to work, it's Opie and Anthony. I need a good laugh to get the day going. On the way home, I listen to Microsoft MCM Traning Videos. Not ideal for writing & reading on screen code, but listening to the concepts is great.
Since we don't have In-n-Out in Texas, I was excited to try one out. On a trip to Las Vegas, I made the walk to the one on the other side of the highway, from the strip.
It was mediocre at best and I never really saw what the big deal was.
What really surprised me was Fat Burger. I only knew about Fat Burger from the Ice Cube song, "Today was a good day." I thought it was some made up place, like Big Kahuna Burger. Fat Burger was good stuff and if you have a chance, get one of those!

I read some 2011 prediction article at the beginning of the year. I remember the article stated that Borders would go into bankruptcy and T-Mobile and Sprint would merge. I left Sprint for T-Mobile years ago and would hate to see my rates go back up for the same service I have now.
I am in the same boat. I downloaded the Photoshop and Illustrator trails. The programs are great, but I would use them so rarely, that I couldn't justify the purchase prices. So, Paint.net and Inkscape for me!
Alas, a restart was required. Hopefully watch.slingbox.com will work correctly now. In the past, I had to restart the browser when navigating to watch my slingbox.
In Canada, are you able to say, "I don't want this one" until you get a potential winner? Here in Texas, you cannot pick your ticket. When you buy a ticket, you get whatever the cashier gives you or whatever the machine spits out. Or is the guy simply not wasting time scratching off the losers? I still don't see how this could be profitable since most games have 1:5 odds, including break even prizes.
My dad (58) just signed up and I got the friend request Sunday night. Right now, his friends list consist of him and some guy in his computer class, and me. But in a few days, I know I'll get a friend request from my mom and some of my aunts. I'm pretty sure this thing is still growing.
I live in Austin and if I want a tech book from borders, there is usually 0 inventory here. There is something about those San Antonio Borders, though. They seem to have all of the books in stock. Are they that much larger than the stores in Austin? Or is SA a growing tech hub?
