Honestly though, what about any of Google's behavior in the past several years should make us give them the benefit of the doubt?

I think he'll be ok.
That should be more like 1.6% if those numbers are correct...
Still an absurd amount of traffic.
If you are computer savvy enough to be irate about not having a browser ballot on your fresh Windows 7 install, I think you can manage the pain of typing getfirefox.com into IE.
Holy crap, are they serious? I can't imagine the mounds of BS that must be included in this thing.
Surely these guidelines could be slimmed down to say - 1 page - Stop sending/copying/telling people about classified documents.
So, while Microsoft may have a competing product with many millions of users, at their scale it doesn't get the same recognition as a startup gaining 2 million users.
