If you have taken psychedelics you know what a shift in consciousness feels like.
Depression does not feel like that.
Objective reality is best described with particle physics but that stuff can’t be understood by the human mind. The human mind can’t keep track of so much complexity at once.
That said I am curious if anyone would buy the oil if someone went there with a tug boat and fetched the ship.
Personally I can’t imagine that anyone would want information on nuclear reactors. What would one use that stuff for. It’s not the 50’s, how nuclear reactors work is well known. The limiting factors for building them are probably more about economics and finding manpower and ore not informational.
I have until now just assumed they want the website to suck so that you are more likely to install the APP. But now as I think about it a bit deeper that seams a bit to crazy.
So if you place the swap near the rest of the files the hdd arm will not need to move so much.
Given that this was pretty much a clean Linux install I would assume that most files where at the start of the disk close to the best swap location.
Or cause the user had filled in part two of a task but not part one and then tried to continue with parts of the task that where dependent on filling in part one.
Or the user tried to synchronize orders from the erp system but the erp system would not return any orders.
I have an example:
I built a logistics and invoicing tool a few years back with error messages that where human readable with clear proper messages that told the user exactly what they did wrong and it even proposed how they might fix the problem.
I don’t know how many times I had to go to the users workstations read the text out loud for them like they where a 5 year old and ask them what they thought it meant. They always knew what it meant but I had to read it for them it was embarrassing.
And these where university educated accountants that where using the software.
After a lifetime of garbage error messages like “error code 4513” people just zone out.
I have a hard time understanding that anyone with a proper education in the field would ever believe the junk dna thesis.
Could it be that it has something to do with me being educated in computers before being educated in biology? The analogy’s a person with computer knowledge would use might make it hard to see these things as junk.
You can get them used for 700 usd
Most research has large gaping holes and make big assumptions in the interpretation of the gathered data. This hole is then “resolved” in the discussion part of the paper by acknowledging that the experiment could have been done in a better way.
But ultimately George is a hyper rational person and while it might seam like he is a no filter guy. He has a public persona and he uses it to sell the idea that they will never lower prices. If they need to lower the prices they will. That said I am not sure they need to lower the prices.
If you drive allot 2400 usd could be worth it. With that said I am not sure that sales will go down due to the price.
I have heard that the timing on gps is somehow delivered as weeks and that the bitsize of the variable keeping track of the weeks is to small. So every now and then the weeks reset and this is managed through overrides in the clients. Is this bug not just referencing that thing, the override of the week rollover?
Do you get the analogy?
