We are well past the peak of the housing market.

Twitter had $5 billion in revenue in 2021. Its issue was profitability, not revenue.
Isn't Tether based in Hong Kong?
> Building a new four-unit structure
Seattle had a light up-zone a few years ago to allow all SF-zoned lots to add two ADUs (one detached and one attached). Going that route would make this a non-issue. The owner could build a unit for each child without paying any MHA fees.
FWIW, I would love to see the city up-zone across the board to allow multi-family on every residential lot, but that's not happening thanks to an unholy alliance of NIMBYs and anti-business zealots.

So my brain decided that it was Stewart Butterfield, announcing his next move after leaving Slack. But, no, the "me" was Executive Director George Oates.[1]
This is true for the overall price level, but some things did get cheaper: energy (MoM) and used vehicles (MoM and YoY). Minor nit, granted.
Not necessarily. Open layouts have taken the office and residential markets by storm over the last two decades. Many "rooms" don't have well-defined boundaries, so it's common not to have a switch everywhere someone might enter.
I'm curious about this because the end user's browser is where the (copied) code is run, not on the server. That's why they need to hot-load additional code from Ghost's CDN, rather than doing so on build servers.
For me, taking improv lessons helped a lot. It forces you to focus less on trying to be funny (or eloquent) yourself, and more on paying attention and reacting to your scene (or conversational) partner. Doing so in real-time helps with recall, which should unlock (useful) vocabulary, connections, and ideas.

They benefit from engagement because Facebook/Meta otherwise monetizes copyright theft without giving them a cut, right?
