I would actually downvote this comment because it seems you don't know what you're talking about. While a minute fraction of people do get jobs at i-banks through connections, the vast majority are admitted on merit.

Yeah this is definitely really cool, and great UI imo. Could be used to bring the TI-83 to the browser. Lord knows we need an intuitive interface to bring both simple and complex mathematical operations (from pre-algebra to...calculus, linear algebra, diff eq, and some statistics) to the browser. With no Flash! This could definitely be a step in the right direction.

the plus side is that you get your foot in the door; the minus side is that it sucks, you won't have any autonomy or creativity, and if twitter never really makes anything happen you are really, really fucked.

The problem I have is that I just wrote a bunch of shit in vi (which has not been auto-indenting for me, though I should probably check my .vimrc or whatever), and now I'm editing it using TextMate, and the formatting is all screwed up.

I use the "Notes" (default app) on my iPhone. It's great; the only thing that's lame is that it doesn't auto-sync with iTunes and my Mac.
