The affidavit in the complaint does say "AND" but maybe that's just a calculated legal ploy, where they can still fall back on the "OR" of the actual statute?
This is their first go at this especially crazy rodeo, though.

Sounds like many are still worried about it, but there's really no consensus.
Here's a Bloomberg article that seems to cover mostly the same ground as this WSJ piece, for example: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-11-22/pilot-str...
Sometimes the WSJ or NYT or whoever just has something to offer that others do not. In many cases, though, it seems like there's other paywall-free reporting that could work basically as well.

2644 games for Linux, and 10750 results for Windows. There's a good deal of high-profile stuff, but Linux support definitely does skew toward the indie side of things.
Connected to 97 thefts of bikes valued from $1k to $12k, including taking only "the most expensive one" of the several owned by the fella interviewed in that story.
Although he really was exploiting a weakness, in that people figured their bikes would be safe in their closed-up garages. I wonder if a good lock would have been enough to make him move on to the next target on his list.
Because this guy is obviously not a click-farm customer, and Facebook is presumably not paying them to click, either. They're just spam clicking the "boosted" posts Facebook puts in front of them to seem more legitimate?
An understandably naïve view of things whose errancy could easily be corrected through your coöperative perusal of The New Yorker.

The newest version of the FICO credit score[1] does differentiate between medical and non-medical debts, though, where previous ones did not, and it weights the former less severely.
The very first sentence of the Vice post:
>As a kid, whenever I'd get some BMX or car magazine in the mail, I'd always dive in first to the letters to the editor.
I think it's highly likely that the people responsible for these projects will realize this. Do you disagree?
That app works with Android TV devices, too, although there's an issue there that trips some people up. When it first launches, it will look for Chromecast devices specifically but will not pick up Android TV ones. Even so, if you thereafter select the "Cast Screen" option, your Android TV devices should show up, as my Nexus Player does.

Here's another recent one going in the opposite direction, like this one, but asking Clojure fans about Haskell: https://www.reddit.com/r/Clojure/comments/3h4qdk/what_are_cl...
A lot of the Clojure programmers seemed to focus on things, like records, that often bug Haskellers, too.
