Engineer might be messing with other 2.4GHz devices by doing this
Last acquisition TI did was NationalSemi in 2011, so this was a natural step for them to grow into MCUs, wireless, etc
For $6B, they could have bought completely new technology such as UWB, etc which they may not have.
Not sure if their pending offer for sequens is done or not as we’ll

It is not moving US based core engg (software, cpu design, etc) to Vietnam.
if you have BRCM as your key supplier, you better plan to keep them for life as otherwise.
Don’t worry about over usage. It will die off soon unless it hits off the park..
2/ this would mean only bigger software companies would get a chance and people would willing to work in startups will stand lower chance.
What we need is a way to avoid abuse by body shops.
