No one is arguing that fertilized embryos are not life, in the same sense that my cuticle clippings, hair clippings or ejaculate are life. The argument whether they are human _lives_.
Second, even if one was to believe, intellectually, that a fertilized embryo was a human life; I would STILL expect that person to choose to save the actual, breathing, thinking entity. The one that is capable of surviving independently for more that 8 seconds when not biologically linked to another organism. This is something that every human being understands on a deep, instinctual level. The type of person who would make the alternate choice is a sociopath trying to prove a point.
Finally, it would be a mistake presuppose that I fail to understand the opinion of the antiabortionist. I grew up in bible country. I was raised on this shit. I was indoctrinated into these beliefs, and it wasn't until I started examining them under a critical lens that I cast them aside.

IDK, I think this might be better listed as an "awesome-x" list
I did something similar and you can deploy the whole deal on a cheep VM somewhere using https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/t...
It probably took me about 2 hours total to work through the documentation and get everything configured just the way I wanted it, then you just run a couple ansible commands and boop, you have a matrix homeserver + web ui + jitsi meet + bridges to whatever you want.
It's pretty great! It's my goto chat app now.
If you had a choice between saving the life of an actual, breathing, crying child vs a tray, filled with dishes, all together accounting for HUNDREDS of fertilized embryos the choice is obvious.
The anti-abortionist would have you believe otherwise, of course, but I think deep down in their souls they know it's true.
Not to mention that you end up scaling to a size where k8s is a sound solution, that "costly" migration is going to be a rounding error on your balance sheet
I think you would be surprised to know how large that middle spot in the venn diagram is
the only study I can find that points to excercise lowering resting metabolic rate is one from 1989 that had nine subjects.
From what resources you are likely to have available to you in childhood; how you are treated by the justice system; what jobs are available to you; your ability to get a mortgage despite having good credit.
And the best part is these shows are good! They are really fucking good!
Nothing is stopping you from consuming that content and incorporating into that homogeneous base upon which you build your interactions.

I see it as on par with indoor smoking bans and seatbelts. You are giving up a relatively small degree of freedom in order to stop a highly contagious, highly mutable virus; and yes, to protect people who aren't you.
This was on quest 1
