Aside from the usual self enrichment activities. I would set up a foundation that does many small unique services to a community. Examples: Go around to different communities to offer free construction to link up sidewalks to make it more pedestrian friendly. Consulting and financing to small shoppes so they can stay unique and viable against large competitors. Setup free clinics that solely cater to helping people sleep more restfully.
