My Chromecast from 2013 still works.

My first and third gen chromecast still works. Google TV is just 4th gen chromecast. I expect this to work several years.

Electron already has support for ARM64, but no official releases yet. But it needs to be build from x86 machine. No native compilation on ARM64 yet. I think with apple moving to ARM, google will add native ARM64 compilation for chromium. This in turn will be picked by electron. Chromium has been running on ARM for a long time with Android and Chrome OS so it has all the optimizations.

I agree with the low light photography situation. I have an XR and the only thing that i feel short off is low light photography. I had pixel 2 before this, so low light situation was bit downer. Recently I compared my phone with iPhone 11 from my co-worker, we tried shooting this dark storage location and iPhone 11 definitely is big improvement. But i am planning to keep my phone for at least next 4 years. The rest of the phone is fantastic.

I assume this has to do with carriers. Most people buy their phones from carriers in Canadia, US and Japan. What carriers subsidize dictates the market. In other markets like India where most customers use prepaid plans they get their phones directly from phone manufacturer.

When i went from Pixel 2 to iPhone XR, the signal drop is noticeable also i find LTE speeds are faster on Pixel 2 than on XR.

They pursued that for a short while when they had self doubts in their ad business. This resulted in them buying Parse. Only later to find out their ad business is solid and shutting down parse.

Which parts specifically?? I have worked on GCP extensively. Things that annoyed me were appengine standard using Python 2.7 and AWS being more innovative in bringing in new offering much faster than Google can. But Google recently announced Python 3.7 for appengine std.Other than it terms reliability GCP is amazing.

Same here, I had iPhone SE for a brief time. At that time iPhone SE had the best battery life compared to other iPhone's but the typing and browsing website's made me hate it.

If you find your camera to be adequate, then keep it. The screen is better both on XS and XR. I would still keep iPhone 7 for at least 1 more year before upgrading. The new XS and XR have the best camera on an iPhone but still doesn't match up to Pixel 2 or 3. I am certain in 1 or 2 generations apple will catchup.

Better Camera. 6s is good for day but potato at night. At my job I take lot pictures of signed documents, I find the camera on XR to focus faster and take sharp photo's.

Yup I only have done this once for my iPhone 6+. I left with more issues and returned to apple store. Apple replaced the entire internals from screen to motherboard. The only thing that was old was the aluminum casing.

I use both flexbox and grid layout together. They are not comepting, merely completing each other. Grid can do things Flexbox can't do. Flexbox can do things Grid can't do.

Guardian for example runs their own AMP cache and gets in page 1 without Google AMP cache. Also AMP is one in many factors that is used to decide site relevance. Amazon and many other sites that don't use AMP gets featured in page 1 on mobile.
