It now works instantly. Even my customsd sources work, and they work better than the previous app too.
Only thing is I had to go to the desktop app to get the customsd sources working on a new network.
I haven’t used the official App in months now.
It works phenomenally.
At some point I was going to mirror it locally, but never got around to it.
It is all backed up in dropbox
It’s your property; within zoning restrictions, you can do whatever you want with it.
Not true with a timeshare.
However, if you place an order that you do not intend to get filled to make the market think there is demand when there actually isn’t, that is illegal.
So, how do they prove this? Well, proving intent is hard, unless you’re dumb enough to send emails saying, for example, you want a smart order type that won’t get filled.
AirBnb doesn’t necessarily side with one side or the other, but rather, there, customer service is outsourced to the Philippines and they just don’t care. The side you wins is the side you can say the magic words that specific agent wants to hear.
I’ve had guests stay at our place and get a refund at the end by lying, and even admitted to me, he knows how Airbnb support works so knew what to say to them.
I’ve been able to get damage claims paid by Airbnb when guests refused.
Looking at this host though and reading the reviews, this looks like a complete scam. Claire, for one, is definitely not real. Also anything under 4.7 on Airbnb is generally not good. I generally only rent 4.8 and up. The first review (I hough it may not have been up when he booked) mentions being hit up for money, bad checking, etc, lol of which point to a scam.
Had it been me, I wouldn’t have cancelled and would have just said I’ll stay there and been done with it.
If not, why not?
So, while investors don’t get the same rates as homeowners, they still got very good rates. If I had had capital, I would have bought a dozen more units at that time.
<5% == Free money.
And by history, he may very well be right.
This is his claim. I call bullshit.
I know multiple tall, classically good looking men who, while they can can get dates, can not maintain them because they have zero relationship skills, and I know just as many short men who have a relationship whenever they want.
While height might be an early filter, it is by no means the only source of attraction. Men would do well to build the rest of their personalities to stand themselves out rather than complain about something they have no control over.
Then the real fun starts.
I just turned 40, and feel like I’m finally hitting my stride.
What happens when a person robs someone so he can buy a new car? You don’t outlaw cars.
I agree with the above poster which is, if you’re happy, take it. The great part about America and especially developed, if you become unhappy there’s 100 other jobs waiting.
The only thing that happens is soon as the market gets skittish, the fed prints money. They seem to be so scared of a recession, or maybe, the poets that be are so leveraged up themselves, that they will do whatever it takes to prevent a crash.
My thought is, don’t be so leveraged that you’re the first to collapse when things go down. If things continue collapsing, the fed will step in and fix everybody still standing.
The culture, at its base, is toxic to humanity.
Also, metabolic rate slows down with age.
But the equation is the same: calories in - calories out = calories kept.
What you can't do is continue to have an expensive quality of life if you're no longer producing income.
