pgnas··on Chemist fired by ADA for not endorsing Splenda-filled salads to diabetics
Absolutely. It's clear that many areas adhere to the same formula. I commend those who shed light on this or at least pose questions; it's crucial to stay informed and make informed decisions.

I recently began following a prominent cardiologist with extensive experience in diabetes research and patient care. Incorporating his insights has transformed my life. Dr. Pradip Jamnadas focuses on addressing hormonal imbalances caused by diet and insulin production. After following his recommendations for over a year, I've witnessed significant improvements in all my medical indicators.

Needless to say, his recommendations are not normally what you hear her main stream medicine.

pgnas··on Thoughts on Seed Oil
certainly it would seem that they [seed oils] should be avoided, especially the ultra-processed rapeseed oil. I like the recommendation of simply becoming more aware that there is not a single solution.

The article was very well done.

pgnas··on Nestlé adds sugar to infant milk sold in poorer countries, report finds
looking at the ingredients on formula, I would be equally concerned with the long list of other chemicals. Corn Syrup has been in formula for quite a while in the US as well. All are very concerning.
pgnas··on Ask HN: As a person, what can I do to improve a city?
in so far as improving your city, one idea would be to start with the children. Improving their mental health and growth is vital to sustaining a healthy community. Cities all around the United states continually fluoridate their drinking water under the guise of dental health, this has been scientifically proven to be inaccurate and outdated ideologies.

Today, there is science to demonstrate that the use of Fluoride in drinking water is harmful to early development as well as during regular use.

“Case No. 17–cv–02162–EMC” Food & Water Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Envtl. Prot. Agency, 291 F. Supp. 3d 1033, (N.D. Cal. 2017)

This is something you can do in your community.

pgnas··on U.S. states seek $2.2T from OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma
I completely agree. They should be jailed, this unfortunately goes too deep. They are responsible for the death of millions. I would venture to guess close to the amount of people who die in wars
pgnas··on [dead]
How long did it take the Democrats to accept their loss? I don’t think they ever did, in fact they are trying to make up for loss in 2020 by claiming he is going to steal the election. This thing is a circus filled with clowns.

They would be better off actually trying to run on SOMETHING other than “we aren’t trump” and trying to somehow shame anyone who votes for him. They really have absolutely nothing , this election is a joke.

pgnas··on Dog from Olathe, Kansas Makes 50-Mile Trip to to Former Home in Lawson, Missouri
Amazing. Dogs, well all animals, are amazing. There is so much to learn from them, so many lessons. The simplicity of natural world can teach us more about how to succeed in this life.
pgnas··on [dead]
Very obviously setting the stage for a loss as the Democratic Party has absolutely nothing to run on other than “we are not trump”
pgnas··on When your coworker does great work, tell their manager
I completely agree with the idea of paying a compliment to someones supervisor or manager, I find it rare when people recognize great work. While I agree also with why you may want to ask the manager and the issues makes some sense , I think it goes a long way! Just to call them out on the great work!

I genuinely believe that this attitude promotes positive environments. Great work always deserves to be recognized. Good article

pgnas··on Bankers Shocked by 45% China Tax Rate Mull Leaving Hong Kong
How to destroy a thriving city ...
pgnas··on Websites that look like desktop GUIs
This is fantastic!
pgnas··on Anna Merlan's "Republic of Lies" Explores Fixation with Conspiracy Theories
It’s ok to ask questions regardless of how outrageous they seem. When you are met with censorship and physical barriers are put in you way, there is probably something there.

The Illuminati is real, there are many blood oath secret societies and our presidents, most all of them, have been members of one, there is an agenda 21, agenda 2030, Vietnam gulf of Tonkin was fake, the sinking of the lusintania was staged Martin Luther king was killed by the government... these are all real, factual, provable things that are considered at one point to be conspiracy theories.

We have to be vigilant and we have to think for ourselves. We have to be able to ask the difficult questions.

pgnas··on Canada's biggest banks join boycott of Facebook platforms
They will be back
pgnas··on Show HN: Prettier Hacker News Front End
This is terrific!
pgnas··on Coca-Cola just threatened online platforms to “rid ... inappropriate content”
Yes. It is a notable cause, however, when companies stop trying to make the best product they can and instead, try to change the world .. it is a little too much. There is more to this story, companies could care less about any of that emotional stuff, they are essentially psychopaths/sociopaths.
pgnas··on Rediscovering the beauty of text on the internet
Thanks for this! I completely forgotten about the site.i remember those CDs with all the text files such as this, excellent.
pgnas··on Rediscovering the beauty of text on the internet
I love this idea. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing better than a well executed modern site with all the bells and whistles, but there is still the adage , just because you can, doesn't mean you should. People reading news, want just that, nothing more, well, I guess that is what I prefer.
pgnas··on Historic Facebook campaign will boost voter registration, turnout and voices
In no way will Facebook play a positive role in politics. They have already shown their bias and it continues on a regular basis.
pgnas··on Om Malik – Has pandemic pushed us into a post-human future?
I think the whole eugenics movement is wrapped up in this pandemic and fits neatly into the transhuman movement
pgnas··on The American Press Is Destroying Itself
Interesting article, there are some genuine issues pointed out. While I am certain that there are some good people in there somewhere, the press has done an excellent job commiting seppuku. The American press turned on the American people, plain and simple. In so far as a future? I don't know how you can go about getting honesty from your staff in the cancel culture, I don't think anyone understands the old adage; "you can please some of the people half of the time, but you cannot please all of the people, all of the time"

' “Anyone who sees any piece of Opinion journalism, headlines, social posts, photos—you name it—that gives you the slightest pause, please call or text me immediately.”'

When you are ready to respond to FEELINGS in this manner, you cannot possibly be effective, especially in the field of journalism and God help anyone who has an opinion that these people don't agree with .. I shake my head in disbelief, literally, I cannot understand how this is not completely obvious to everyone...

pgnas··on U.S. govt, tech industry discuss using location data to combat coronavirus
Never let a crisis go to waste.
pgnas··on AT&T drops out of FCC speed-test program so it can hide bad results
Government is for sale, no longer are they for the people , by the people.

What good is the FCC if it allows for the truth to be shown? It is no longer useful and has become corrupt.

pgnas··on Stonehenge 1875 family photo may be earliest at monument
Thanks! Yes, very true, there are pictures of them being restored.
pgnas··on Don't bury or cremate – soon you may compost your corpse
Actually quite interesting and one of the most sensible things I have heard in a long time, you know , our maker had sustainability in mind when creating us, we are the ones who chose otherwise.

Cool idea

pgnas··on In effect, Seattle is decriminalizing the use of hard drugs
Seattle is a poster child city for what NOT to do. Your politicians need to take their experiments someplace else. I was horrified at how terrible that city has become since I last was there.

Now, if i go there, you are allowing these drugged out zombies to steal from me and harass me? I don’t understand, I really do not.

pgnas··on They Tried to Start a Church Without God. For a While, It Worked
There is a church without God, it's called science.
pgnas··on Facebook’s $5B FTC fine is an embarrassing joke
Facebook gave away user data without permission, the very same thing it continuously promised to not do. Now that they know where the bar is placed, I am sure they will up the ante..

Just the price of doing crooked business.

pgnas··on Something is seriously wrong with our understanding of the cosmos
What is it like to have so much money and market share that you can do whatever you want , including take away the ONE single thing that made your platform?

We went to YouTube because the networks have little to nothing of interest, they cannot keep up with technology and we don't care what they have to say... YouTube is born, it takes off and now you want to get rid of the people who bring traffic to you in hopes they will watch .. CNN?

Youtube, your plan is not going to work, we don't want cable... Been there, done that.. it is dead.
