* If possible, it's a good idea to ask the previous homeowners who they have used or recommended for tree/plumbing/etc work.
* You could ask your neighbors who they have used in the past, or if they have any specific suggestions.
* You could ask people on a neighborhood social network (such as Nextdoor or Facebook, if you are on those platforms).
* If none of those work out, Googling or Yelping like you said also works. There are also apps for this, such as Angie's List, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, Porch, etc.
This isn't even close to true, as it ignores CL 9, Wheels of Zeus, and Woz U (all founded post-Apple).
1. Add a privacy policy.
2. Add screenshots (or possible a short video) of what the end result looks like. This would make users more likely to actually follow through with importing their transactions and helps in telling users what your site actually does.
On the other hand, I like how with your Terms of Service, you have the actual terms in one column and then summarize/simplify them in a second column. [1]

Aside from that, the design of the website looks great.

A 2018 Wired article said "roughly 5 to 10 percent of web traffic." It is likely higher now, perhaps closer to 15%.
