> With Rate Flex D, you can save quite a bit of money, since most of the time in winter, you’ll be charged less than the base rate, except during occasional peak demand events, when you’ll be charged more than the base rate.

Of course there's no logo saying the chocolate is made with child slavery, I hope you didn't mean to be snarky here.
There are initiatives to try to alleviate the problem, the only example I have in mind right now is Tony's Chocolonely (which explains the problem and their solution on their website) but I'm sure others could come up with other initiatives.
The trends from top companies of chocolate is that they try to do as little as possible to alleviate the problem of child slavery in chocolate production.
The "90% bad TV" also happens everywhere, especially in the US. The number of CSI spinoffs must be really high.
One of the dangers from YouTube/streaming platforms in regard to French Canadian content is that the economics is just not the same. For example, Linus Tech Tips have a global reach since it's English content. M. Net (now defunct tech show in Quebec) or something similar would not even be closed to compete monetarily.
> Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the department assessed PSSI $15,138 for each minor-aged employee who was employed in violation of the law. The amount is the maximum civil money penalty allowed by federal law.
There is an undeniable human aspect to it that AI won't ever be able to replace. Sure, it'll probably be an important part of the industry, but saying all future media is going to be 24/7 AI generated content like that Seinfeld twitch stream is a pretty bleak view of the future.
We watch movies because we try to connect with people and share our feelings with humans. I can't relate to an AI.

There are a lot of articles and videos showing that sometimes watching just one video will suggest a ton of videos related to it, no matter if you are not interested. Machine learning and deep learning is not perfect, and sometimes the goal of the companies is not clear and may not align with your goals.
Sure, your experience will vary on Reddit, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok based on the people you follow, that's the goal of hyper-personalized feed. But you still get a trend, a social effect of the network.
For example, on Youtube, you need "clickbait" thumbnails. So even Tom Scott, who 's content is educative and entertaining, needs to follow the "trend" of Youtube to get views.
But I see these comments every time someone is blaming the weird content they are seeing on their feed: "Oh me I only see nice stuff, stop watching weird stuff". I think we can have a deeper conversation than that.

Banking is hard because everyone is doing it differently, and everyone is doing it. So you have to please older people that are used to calling or speaking to a bank teller and also please the younger generation who want to do everything online and not deal with humans.
The easiest way is to call when you want to do something the system is not expecting, because we had to manually adjust the final date of the loan, the amount due, and things like that. Terrible system and way more highly susceptible to human errors (trust me, I've seen a lot).
There were also a lot of silos (different departments) to do specific tasks, so you would get transferred a lot until somebody knew exactly who could handle your case. Most people were new recruits from University working part time, so they didn't know enough to answer most questions and when they did they usually had their degree so they switched jobs.
I'm sure NFTs have a place in today's art market, but it won't totally replace everything, so no, don't invest all your money on somebody's auto-generated monkey.

The movie is filmed in Jordan and Montreal, which have a similar feel to Dune, and I would say that he probably took inspiration from his Incendies days to make Dune.
The movie is based on a play by Wajdi Mouawad, who now works at the very prestigious théâtre national de la Colline as the director.

Now Quebec is more influenced by the European way of living, but there is still a very "American" way of life.
