Completely agree! I often have to fight that "I could just build that myself" mentality, which glosses over the points you made so well.

I agree with Nils that talking to bots sucks! These are big issues, and it feels lame if you don't think the issue is being given the attention it deserves (even if that attention is directed at you).
Increase that timescale to days for friends and weeks for parents, and you'll be about right.

Also, the text overlay in Documents to Go looks quite ugly to me. Perhaps not to the average user, though.
Also, when clicking the tabs on the left the sub menu slides out and the page reloads shortly after. Perhaps it should only reload when you click the "All x" submenu item?
