"Sturgeon’s law says “ninety percent of everything is crap”. I’ve found this to be true of developers. Nine out of ten developers are not just bad but incompetent."
I'm not a mathematician, but if this statement is true, chances are I am an awful developer. Knowing this, how do I and others proceed? Can we be useful on a team?

Also, the tool already supports fallbacks, so if a provider is offline or what have you it will try the next provider in line and so on.
Thanks!
As for the web design side of things I would look at maybe changing out the images with all those arrows at low screen sizes as the normal body text in those images gets too small to read. Lastly, from 770px to 795px wide I get a horizontal scroll bar in Chrome 40 on Windows.
Good Luck!
Happy Holidays!
Thanks for all of the comments.
Also as far as foo.com/ -> foo.com, I was referring to the URL, not the acutal path.
example: https://www.google.com/ redirects to https://www.google.com correct? Maybe I am missing something...
foo.com/index > foo.com foo.com/ > foo.com foo.com/folder/index > foo.com/folder/ foo.com/bar.html > foo.com/bar foo.com/bar.htm > foo.com/bar foo.com/bar.php > foo.com/bar www.foo.com/ANY OF THE ABOVE TESTS > foo.com/*
other rules: Never add trailing slash unless it is an index file of a directory. Order: .PHP,.HTML,.HTM. Use h5bp/server-configs-nginx as a base. PHP-FPM should be fully supported and not exploitable by the foo.com/random.gif.php bug. 403 and 404 send to /404.html.
I am sure I am forgetting something, but that is a start.
