No?
What a film!
I do not appreciate this work of art being compared to Zucks wet dream tho!
- Cut back on soda/sugary drinks
- 10 minutes of exercise a day, even if just walking
- Get into a good sleep routine
Once you're at the weight you're happy with you'll need to keep it off. This is when you really need to think about your lifestyle choices. Ideally you'll stick with the above 3 tips even after you hit your target weight.

Mobile game ads on the other hand... Urgh.
Seeing $PTON so low surprised me as I haven't really been following the news much. I just bought some shares.
TLDR: I love my Bike+ as does my partner. It's well worth the monthly fee (and this document seems to imply that its too cheap!). Is the bike itself worth £2250? Probably not in theory but it is to me.
Further elaboration: The tech is interesting. It's very polished but there is SO much room for additional reporting, functionality etc. I have actually played abit with the unofficial API and theres lots of data available.
£40/month is worth it. The quality of the classes is impeccable. It's like they've been produced with TV budgets! This price does also include the digital membership which has yoga, boxing and loads of other type of workouts.
The bike (Bike+) is expensive but it's a solid piece of kit and does come with a 24 inch (Android) tablet.
Edit: Forgot to say, the £40/month is per bike, not per member. So you can have your entire family using the bike for the £40/month.

If you can get hold of one!
I've been looking for a Pi4 for ages to use with PiHole but sold out everywhere, some have back orders for 2023 O_O
Anyone got any recommendations of other devices that work well with PiHole? I have a Mac Mini acting as a home server but from what I've read, PiHole does not run great on it via Docker...
