loopdoend··on FSF trying to contact Google about spammer sending 10k+ mails from Gmail account
Tech support scams still?! I don't even understand how this is possible. If Google wanted to they could come up with the tech to bypass the spam/scammers own ghosting system. They must have some kind of invisible Google bot that checks for downloads/scams, right?

Phone providers should also be detecting this with AI. There is no way this should be occurring anymore.

loopdoend··on Apple introduces iPad mini built for Apple Intelligence
Sorry I was referring to the boost you get from having ram integrated into the chip vis-à-vis apple’s M-line of processors.

> I'm not even sure what the notarization step was accomplishing: the inventory sheets aren't affidavits.

The percentage of people who see the word "notarized" alongside "inventory sheet" and simply give up must be quite high. Notarization accomplishes nothing besides causing a headache. Insurance companies don't make money by paying out claims, you know.
