AKA the Golden Age fallacy
What's a sat?
So much that it has its own power plant, as far as I know.
Environmental issues aside, pretty cool to stand there in swimming trunks when it's -10 outside and there's half a metre of snow against the glass walls though.
The United States has become an oligarchy over the last few decades. It's basically the worst Western country that you could use as an example of freedom right now.

Easy less processed food, and lots of fruit, veg, fiber, and protein from whatever source you like. That's the key to a healthy diet.
That's a very short sighted view. This isn't about vegetarianism. It's about the environmental crisis, and the overfishing crisis, that we're currently experiencing at a global level. I don't care whether you are vegetarian or not, we are all in the target market for solutions to these problems. That's what replacement meat and fish are about.
95% of people who use phones don't need that much power and given how many people own phones they clearly find them extremely useful.

Are you collecting data on your customers? If you are, then one of the things your company does is data collection, even if that's not what's in your business plan.
That just means 'less than one in two hundred'. Which is not that rare.
Society has been in uncharted territory since humans existed. It's not 'more uncharted' because the dangers we face are social media and climate change rather than plague and poor sanitation.
Saying 'in 6 months I will have developed healthy eating habits' is a much better approach. Then build this habit step by step. First: reduce sugar. Build up a strong habit of refusing sweet things, one type at a time. Refuse donuts - or whatever, but pick one thing that will be hard but not impossible for you to resist. Once that's a habit and you no longer crave donuts, add soda to the list. Then add cake. In this time, you have to be very firm with these habits. In six months once the habits are strong, you can break them sometimes.
