It all starts with the attitude. If you just want to "knock this classic out" then you set yourself up for a failure from the beginning. I can read classics only for enjoyment of the language and images.
Can somebody explain me "free speech"? What does it even mean? Does it mean that you are "free" to speak out whatever you want, but after you have done that, we can decide to punish you? Or does it mean, you can speak out freely without the fear of punishment(consequences)? If I know I will be fired for speaking out, is it still free speech?
You will still get the state pension. The part you are able to cash out is managed by other funds(banks etc) and it would act as an extra to state offered pension.
I've tried them all: roam research, obsidian, logseq, the Archive, org-roam etc. etc. None of them worked for me until I moved from digital to analog with pen and index cards.
You can try listening to podcasts by Frank Delaney called Re:Joyce. He goes through the book sentence by sentence. Sadly, Frank Delaney died before he could complete the podcast series.
For me brainstorming has nothing to do with generating ideas or solutions. I see it as an activation tool. You prime up your brain before doing the actual thinking.
Not related to this Bolt, but I remember that in early 2000s bolt.com[0] was a pretty active social network. Probably the first one I ever signed on to.
There are set of authors/artist who rely heavily on their "visions" and use these as a source materials. Philip K. Dick is one of these visionaries(Exegesis, VALIS). Also some other that come to mind are William Blake, Carl Gustav Jung(Seven sermons to the dead, Red book). Maybe even Robert Anton Wilson with his Cosmic Trigger book.
I'm using X-Road services every day. Mainly for signing documents/contracts and doing bank transactions. But you don't have to use ID-card for that. Instead, you can use Mobile-ID and Smart-ID. Also, if I'm not mistaken e-residency[0] is built on top of X-road.
I wonder if this kind of logging follows the law of diminishing returns. The most of the value comes from the actual process of writing down what you have been doing and having an overview of the past days and weeks, but the stats of what you did, let's say, two months ago, don't add much value. So, the actual value of logging is in the discipline of taking the time and logging. Which means that, people, who would most benefit from this, will never be able to do it -- they lack the dedication.
I might be wrong but in EU any app that is going to give you advice about health improvement etc is considered a medical device and regulated accordingly. As long it just tracks and shows you data, it's not a medical device.
