I was homeschooled in the late 80s / early 90s and I hated it. Though we were part of a homeschool group, we only got together with other families once or twice a week. It was really lonely and I never felt like a normal kid. Ultimately I convinced my parents to send me to public high school and had a great experience.

Watching my own kids thrive in school with lots of friends and social interaction has reaffirmed my thinking that building social skills is as much a part of schooling as the education itself.

Regarding the template letter idea, I would advise anyone thinking of doing this to consult with an attorney. The facts and applicable law may be different in your situation and the letter will undoubtably carry more weight if it's backed the the threat of actual litigation.

The reason given was "Our specialists have found that your account is related to an account that was disabled for violations of AdSense policies."

Since it was impossible for there to be such a relation I argued that under the terms of service governing the Adsense program my account was at all times in good standing and that by withholding payment Google had breached the agreement.

Large companies definitely aren't immune from litigation over stuff like this. I sent Google a demand letter for breach of contract for wrongfully terminating my Adsense account.

In the letter I gave them 30 days to restore my account and pay the money they had wrongfully withheld. On the 30th day the account was restored and the money was paid.

Though I wrote the letter myself, I'd imagine anyone similarly situated could hire an attorney who practices contract law to write a similar letter for relatively low cost.

I was able to get my Adsense account reinstated simply by sending Google a letter alleging they had breached our contractual agreement. In researching my case I found a lot of people who had sued Google.

One of the most interesting ones was Free Range Content v Google[1] where a number of Adsense publishers had their accounts closed after Google detected invalid click activity on their websites. The publishers sued alleging Google breached the Adsense terms of service.

Incredibly the Court denied Google’s motion to dismiss and allowed the breach of contract claim to continue. Google settled shortly thereafter but the takeaway is that these terms of service contracts are not as ironclad as Google would like you to believe.

On the switch Luigi's Mansion 3 is great. Got close to 10 hours of play working on the main story with my 5 year old playing as gooigi. With everything unlocked my 5 year old and 3 year old have fun roaming around the hotel catching ghosts. Plus there's some fun mini games.

Same thing happened to me. Wouldn't have noticed if the redirect hadn't failed a couple of times.

I feel like the service would be spotty enough that it would only work around takeoff and landing anyway. I've accidentally left my phone on several times while flying and never had service. Not sure if it was due to the altitude/speed or just the fact that 99% of the land you fly over is empty.
