This is what's attractive about the "Mittlestand" - having a wide variety of companies competing in the same market so they push each other to improve services.
21st century consolidation is a direct opposite of that.
Yeah, people get upset when you spew out total bullshit.
I work as a performance specialist and "AI writes code like that" is utter nonsense. AI writes the same terrible performing code that was the mediocre developer standard on Stackexchange and other codebases it ate.
You still need a lot of vigilance and time to make well performing software and most software engineers just don't give a damn if we don't outright block their PRs/feature launches before passing performance tests.
Again, vote out the ones that are in favor and replace them with ones that will vote against the proposal.
Everything else she does needs to be confirmed by representatives of your own member state.
Just like EVERY OTHER democracy.
Please stop spreading fabrications - even when you dislike the result. That's fascist behaviour.
The next election is in 2029. I suggest you show up instead of spreading fabrications online.
Of course, most of history didn't even have concept of depression or a sizeable count of medical professionals to diagnose it.
I suggest you show up for next EU election if you don't like the option.
Just because you disagree with a law, that doesn't make it "corruption" - it does make you an authoritarian that attacks democracy as soon as other people don't vote like you want.
Why wait for Brussels beaurocrats we all have this much and not have the most important tech country in the world make this law?
Same as a historical/fantasy game isn't "uninspired" and "nothing new" if it grounds itself in medieval style.
Same here - CP2077 is an established gameworld and putting the game in it is what the title promises. It's so strange to see complaints that a Cyberpunk franchise game looks like Cyberpunk IP. Especially when you see just how beautifully realized it is in IF YOU ACTUALLY PLAY IT.
Clean code like approaches have a very real cost for users (even in languages with good optimizers) and is usually unfixable after the fact.
I wonder if they actually played the game to write such nonsense.
Prevents tampering even by the "user".
I have advocated nothing of the sort you're accusing me of. Please leave your strawman at home.
Having a physical card fallback here is a necessity and nothing in these proposals shows that the physical card ID is going away.
Err, it's actually pretty simple: the token/certificate representing your ID (or credit card, or anything really) cannot be exfiltrated by userspace or installed kernel space apps or intercepted on the way to TPM when issued. And it cannot be duplicated.
It's the same set of requirements that are put on credit card smart chips and biometric chips in EU IDs and Passports (which are essentially also TPMs).
But sure, it's a all an evil conspiracy against general purpose computing. And they're all out to get ya. Now smash that downvote for a vote against the evil establishment.
That sounds mostly like copium just to motivate your complete inaction.
Again - independent, EU based, attestation database is completely possible to make and we're using similar approval processes across multiple industries to certify hardware - locally, here in EU.
But yea, if you think you'll be able to print passport at home and then go travel and demand that government recognizes that as an ID document, you're a bit optimistic.
We use that approach in several other industries.
But.... that requires work beyond just complaining.
