Getting hungry....

Scary accurate considering the predictions were made in 1997. Everything from financial crisis, Pandemic, Social unrest, Russian aggression in Europe, etc. According to the book it will play out by the end of the decade give or take and it will be like nothing anyone has experienced since the last one.
Enjoy....
Unfortunately the Russians love their tyrants, 800 years of history is proof. For some reason they have embraced this system of poverty, lies, deceit, murder, evil and continue to support these prophets that lead them further down this hellhole. I can't think of any country in Europe (besides maybe Serbia) that wants anything to do with them.
Spray Foam although rated at R-21 preforms much higher since it seals. Blown in Cellulose settles, attracts dust, rodent nesting, and doesn't seal and isn't a vapor barrier or water proof. You get what you pay for I guess.
We have a house in Northern Ontario that is around 4000 Sq/Ft (entirely spray foamed). The costs to heat and cool it are 1/3 compared to the house 2800 sq/ft house in Toronto (insulated with Fiber Glass, Attic Cellulose).
The biggest hurdle is folks just don't give a fuck about the mechanical part of the house. Dry wall covers it all up. What's important is the finish that you see everyday.
The average home has 2000 ft of linear cracks. Everything from poorly sealed doors, windows, and envelope. It's like the equivalent of keeping your front and back door open all year around. So even after spray foaming there is some leakage (blown door test).
Really, Spray foam isn't that expensive, you should be paying about $3 -$4 a sq/ft at around a R-21 which is cheaper than most tile or carpet installations.

If I were building a house I would probably go with ICF forms all the way up and Spray Foam the attic and basement floor (under the concrete floor). If I were renovating, I would Spray Foam and try to make the job large enough to cover the contractors minimum charge. Even a couple of rooms can really help the utility bills.
Please make sure you tell everyone who isn't vaccinated to get vaccinated so they don't make a vaccinated person catch Covid.

You could also try and find a European Company that needs someone in the USA and would facilitate your paper work.
>My wife is an Ironman as well (Muskoka, Tremblant and Penticton). . She's been using Zwift since last year. Great way to train btw and great idea but. My concern would be a collapsed lung(s) if this wasn't calibrated correctly. To each their own, but stressing your lungs and diaphragm this much isn't a great idea.
In a lab they can at least make sure you don't hurt yourself.
I understand that commuting to schools is not available to everyone but State schools are affordable. Entertaining the idea to go away for school either leads to higher costs or more debt. A 4 year degree from UT Dallas landed my oldest a 110k + first job in DFW. His entire degree cost approx 45-50k and that included gas, books, etc.
I wouldn't worry about the junks, they're fake internet points that mean nothing.

Can the madness continue, yes and much longer than you can imagine. This will only end when the fed decides it ends, only they know the time and day.
Folks don't realize all his companies (Tesla/SpaceX/Boring Co./Starlink/Solar Energy) are one big company. Yeah they have different names but they operate as one, taking advantage of every possible synergy between them. It is a game changer, everything from material science, communication, energy storage, transportation, etc.
It's like the Borg....a lot of companies and industry won't know WTF hit them.
