just a thought on the power of Hacker News to get noticed by 'players'. surely Patrick Collison heard of Courtland/Indiehackers and Patrick McKenzie through browsing Hacker News? so it's not all procrastination posting here
the power of the Adwords and FB Ads customer base is sometimes overlooked I find. if Instagram stayed independent and had to build their own ad-customer base, would they have been as successful?
the work the Spanish developer puts into this 3rd party API is crazy and all the issues are from Indian spammers demanding he fixes it!
that seems to be really hot right now
i wouldn't be worried about an employee exodus as they get loads of applications as is. and everyone is replaceable IMO.

Biggest one: resist following scripts which evolved to serve a world which no longer existsi can't guess from that. friday afternoon club? if i was pushed to guess from the context. i'm bemused how anyone can use an acronym like that twice and expect everyone to know what it means. or maybe it's just me and you!
it's a certain demographic that would buy a monthly box for their dog and i'd expect them to be mostly iPhone users
jesus, get the story right before jumping to conclusions
