then lets dilute the shareholders who voted for it as theyh are clearly idealogically driven and actively hostile to the company itself or its profitability

ffggvv··on Twitter takeover battle: Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey turn up pressure on board
seems arbitrary whats considered a "bad actor".

maybe i think climate activist shareholders in energy companies are hostile / bad actors. Can i selectively dilute them out?

ffggvv··on Jack Dorsey’s $2.9M NFT dropped 99% in value
okay so whats the cutoff that we can establish a price? a month with no high offer?

ffggvv··on California's Vanished Dream, by the Numbers
astounds me people are still referencing MMT when its exactly what got us into this inflation mess in the first place. the tantalizing cancerous idea which will never die
ffggvv··on Elon has decided not to join our board
yes because the board gets confidential info and has a fiduciary duty.

a sizeable investor is no different than us in that they have no non-public info

ffggvv··on Twilio employees, associates charged with insider trading by SEC
im saying they probably use it in the internal slack channel assuming it would be less likely to be caught than if they used english
ffggvv··on Reinstating our SAT/ACT requirement for future admissions cycles
As a minority, i think those pushing for removing the SAT/ACT are racist in that they think certain minorities cannot perform as well as others. The whole point is that the SAT is the only objective piece of an application that can be easily compared between applicants. They want to reduce to only subjective qualifications which they can easily manipulate to benefit groups they deem under-represented. Its the bigotry of low expectations.

Their problem isnt that the SAT can be gamed, its that it has an objective score which cant be manipulated to benefit who they deem worthy.

ffggvv··on Twilio employees, associates charged with insider trading by SEC
probably or they wouldnt have used telugu. maybe assuming it would be harder to get caught
ffggvv··on Twilio employees, associates charged with insider trading by SEC
my guess is if they did everything via in person discussions and didnt leave a paper trail of messages, they likely wouldnt have been caught
ffggvv··on Applebee’s exec urges using high gas prices to push lower wages, sparks walkout
there is a point that with inflation, people who thought they could retire are now realizing they are going to need more money and having to unretire.

ffggvv··on Japanese scientists develop vaccine to eliminate cells behind aging
that sounds pretty cringe to get unnecessarily medical treatments just to spite people. even if its harmless in the end. have you considered just getting the ones you need and not worrying about anti-vaxxers?
ffggvv··on In 2019 40% of San Francisco traffic fatalities are from left turns
this seems to put all the onus on drivers. in my experience driving in SF, i'll be in the middle of the intersection waiting to turn left (its unprotected) and light will be yellow turning red. And i have a shot to go left but then an idiotic biker or pedestrian will walk even though it says "dont walk". leaving me to be stuck in the intersection.

people often ignore those pedestrian lights completely and dare you to hit them.

dont get me started on bikers who ignore all lights and zip out in half a second
