just drop files with guids into stage dirs and send all staged files over to another stage dir on the other side. When successfullly archive on both ends of the transfer.
The reverse is way more interesting to me.... do a seemingly bunch of random aggregations and joins and send me an email of all the English versions and let me look at the results of those if I care to. The issue with these types of ideas is always that only "clean" or heavily analyzed data can generate this level of automation... and this type of tool is really only useful for when you are looking at virgin data or data that is crap.
This is true.. if they clear enough of the market they will have to have WAY more regulation and disclosures on them... they probably operate under a loophole though
This is the point of high-deductable... to cast more spend on the average healthcare consumer. Also to make them price sensitive. Wellness programs are designed around making unhealthy people pay more and not trigger any of the non-discrimination issues as well. Single payer is best model proven at scale in modern countries, but it probably will take a couple decades of watching loved ones not get care before it escalates to action.
The challenge here is technologists have shunned labor organization to my knowledge which is what I understand controls the cited fields. Different economic model applies to most people in technology compared to law and medicine. Smells like a buzzword article. Maybe the cloud companies could implement a code and create barriers to deploy "unethical" code... that might work.
modern china is definitely odd as it proclaims to be socialist and capitalist, but its a lot like 1920s America. Off the rails capitalism that ate the peoples gubment.
Has the yield curve ever gotten really inverted without a subsequent "bend over" recession following? ... IOW... is there a counter example where we can say well "maybe this time is a lot like this time?" ... otherwise sounds like the typical banker control clock in action. Good job monopoly man again! (I posses no knowledge of a better economic system)
So good to hear... this used to be one of Jacques Cousteau's favorite dive areas. Went there in 2008 and it was beautiful, but the reefs didn't look healthy at all. Pretty sad to see.
