1. setTimeout to call an endpoint that will block your ip. It's set to run in 2 seconds from now. 2. Insert: debugger; 3. Clear the timeout.
Now you run this function as an interval. If the devtools is closed, debugger will be ignored and the call to this endpoint will never happen. But if it's open, the debugger will stop and the timeout will fire. Not sure if you need to patch SetTimeout to continue running while you stop but I hope you get the general idea

How am I doing so far: * I miss a lot of work stuff even though some update me on the important stuff through Signal. * I lost contact with friends I can't communicate with anymore. * I feel that I have more free time to focus on my family and close friends. Probably because my neighbors can't sneak into my head with things that don't really effect me. * The frequency I check my phone dropped by 80%. * Since I closed my instagram account and Facebook acount 8 years ago, I am now "Zuckerberg free".
It's hard but It's Worth it.
I would really love to see the output zip file, any change you have something less complicated that goes responsive to show?
If I'm not mistaking, the <video> tag can't play MOV[0] so MP4 is the way to go.
