ch0I9daAiO··on Rare genital defects seen in sons of men taking major diabetes drug
Nope. If you can get an erection in the morning, the vasodilatation mechanism works, so Cialis/Viagra won't help. If the mechanism works, but you still cannot get an erection when you're with your partner, the problem could be psychological, say you're not attracted anymore to your partner, anxiety, stress, all stopping you from getting aroused. And you need those neurons or endotheliums to fire. Another example is drugs that are vasoconstricting, stimulants like amphetamines or cocaine, which even though create a high arousal state, they are so vasocontricting that it's hard to achieve an erection (so Cialis/Viagra helps, but it's not indicated to combine drugs that combat eachother).

For finasteride I agree, as it decreases DHT, which is not exactly a useless hormone. It shouldn't be prescribed to anyone, as you have said. I don't necessarily agree for the Viagra/Cialis. Generally cialis is safer than viagra, with less side effects. But their mechanism of action is quite simple and doesn't cascade to a lot of other body functions, inhibition of PDE5. Viagra also inhibits PDE6 more, thats why you get a blue-ish tint to your vision, and PDE1, which is more dangerous and can cause tachycardia. Cialis inhibits PDE11 more, which affects skeletal muscles and the prostate. That's why Cialis is sometimes prescribed for BPH, and why bodybuilders take cialis as a supplement (drive more blood into the skeletal muscles, decrease blood pressure).

Getting to your point of "other psychological issues" that can result in ED. Cialis and Viagra are there for one specific case of ED, which isn't caused psychologically. If you can get an erection in the morning, while you're sleeping, PDE5 inhibitors won't help.

Of course, the less drugs you take, the better, easier on your kidneys and liver. No drugs are without side effects, PDE5 inhibitors have them, but they are mild and can be diagnosed easily. Of course, dose is important, and health issue history needs to be taken into consideration.

What sensor version are you running? 6.33 iirc has an issue and you'll need to upgrade to 6.34. . If you have access to the support page inside the Falcon platform, run the script they have for collecting system info and submit a case to support. (not affiliated with CS, I came across a similar high CPU usage and middlemanned the comms between our Mac admin and CS).

The problem with "premium" gym equipment is that ultimately it doesn't matter. It's not similar to other hardware which allows you perform your task better, like a faster laptop, phone with larger battery, washing machine that is quieter and more energy efficient. Your muscles do not care that you are pedaling or running on a $2000 piece of equipment compared to a $500. Your heart can't even tell if you're running or cycling or whatever you're doing besides how much demand there is for blood. Marketing this similarly to Apple seems difficult.

ch0I9daAiO··on Ketamine therapy is going mainstream
I wonder how they address the urinary tract issues, especially the bladder. It's one thing when they use it for anesthesia, which is quite rare and sporadic to receive, compared to something like therapy, which might happen more frequently and for longer. Does anyone have any data about that?
ch0I9daAiO··on The Impact of Vitamin D Level on Covid-19: Systematic Review Meta-Analysis
Don't forget your vitamin K. Excessive vitamin D can lead to arterial calcification, but vitamin K reduces this buildup.

You can do the same with VirusTotal. Check the UA, if it's Virus Total, serve a legit page, if it's non VT, serve the malicious one. Simple 301 redirects will be detected and presented to the analyst, URL rewrites wont.

Thank you for sharing your story. I'll be going through the same procedure for my canines at 22. They never grew and my parents didn't have the money for implants when I was 10. Hopefully it won't be as intrusive as it was in your case, though I cannot say that I'm all that excited for the bills :/.
ch0I9daAiO··on Teamspeak 5 to be based on the Matrix protocol
I host my own TS3 server. It uses significantly less resources than the Discord client, has better audio (at least my friends sound better) and data is not going to Discord for whatever they're using data for. In case there's an issues with my Teamspeak server, I can solve it, instead of waiting for Discord.

There's a neat docker container you can run for their management application instead of using Cloud™.

Question is, why not run Lynis for example and research the output it gives you? It follows along the same lines of no password login for ssh, no x11 fowarding, etc.

Not 100% on this, but I think the Xbox one is actually a vapor chamber not not solid copper.

When he took the stand off, I was quite impressed it used a screw. Then they had a place for the screw in the stand, even more impressed. Then a dummy cover for the screw hole, wow. The whole stand assembly rotates to hide the screw storage compartment. And arms to mount that stand to the console to lay it flat? Stunning the amount of engineering they've put in for a simple stand.

ch0I9daAiO··on More than half of 18 to 29-year-olds in the US are living with parents
I agree. At 18 I have left for Uni, living in a dorm. That was the first step of forced maturity. Had to do my own laundry, get food, take the bus etc. At 20 I've rented an apartment, the second step of forced maturity. That means all the house work of cleaning, cooking, paying rent, shopping for everything. Sure you could do some at home with your parents, though it is less likely you'll have to do all of it, as you have this net that will catch you. Looking forward to the next step, of owning my own place and being tied down to a loan :).
ch0I9daAiO··on Adding a fiber link to my home network
Depends on the walls. At my parent's, the house was built ~60 years ago with solid brick walls, no space to run fiber or copper cables.
ch0I9daAiO··on Is Joe Rogan right about young men and video games?
Yes, mostly useless. Though from my perspective, as a young male that has played video games quite a bit, it has made me curious about certain useful skills. At some point, you'll start playing with the game, modding it, or hosting servers for your buddies, or making cheats. I've learned scripting with Lua because I wanted more. Sure, you won't become a linux admin by hosting a Teamspeak and WoW server, but it will get you closer.
