It seems obvious that ForHackernews wasn't talking about things like the chemicals you've described.
Anyone have ideas? What is the solution?
I'm a 'leftist', but also atheist, so I certainly don't support Islam. But I will tolerate people who believe in it. Same as I'll tolerate people who believe in Christianity, which has plenty of weird shit of its own.
Additionally, I'm opposed to the 'cancelling' of Richard Stallman. It's fucking stupid.
Maybe you should try to not paint all 'leftists' with this stupidly broad brush you're using.
I have money invested in cryptocurrencies, and still don't like that it's an incredible waste of energy.
Nobody is saying this.
Hard to tell on the internet.
The issue with the "children in africa" thing is that someone else is setting the portions for you, I think. Everywhere I go, meals are just too big! I feel silly only eating half of a meal, especially if I don't have the ability to save the rest for later.
Portion sizes, like everything else in America, are just bigger.
I don't really think it's debunking anything, but that person wasn't run over by the tank he stood in front of.

I personally found this useful.
If not, you're likely paying for it, due to the increased average cost to deliver the service/product.
I've always kept it disabled for privacy reasons, and also that I've never seen much utility in it myself.
Why not try being encouraging instead of.. whatever that was.
