I ran across an interesting essay on Medium recently on this topic, advocating a new approach to roadmaps focused on the problems: the problem roadmap. Instead of saying what new features the team will be working on in the future, map out what problems they’ll be working on.
I agree that working backwards can lead to wonderful discoveries. What can be difficult to grasp as you go back is what the music sounded like at the time—how an album sounded because it was the first time musicians had made that sound.
This is a super useful tool, but most often I paste into mspaint and mark up from there.

But if you were individually targeted i.e. a human attacker is looking at your password, your algorithm would provide access to many of your accounts with little effort.
I used to use this solution, btw, but have now gone to a unique, complex password per site with a password manager.

Due to the extremely narrow circumstances [1] under which the MAC address randomization is actually used, the feature may as well not exist.
As someone who has to cancel his cards once or twice a year due to unauthorized purchases, this sounds great! (I could go back to cash, hmmm......)
But while I once wrote for my mom a document with step-by-step instructions on how to create and use a TrueCrypt volume to keep some work documents secured, I don't see any alternative in either post that is going to be as accessible to normal folks (like her) as TrueCrypt.
