for example - you own a bakery , you can log on to the site and check out what other bakery owners have bought and from where.
for example someone bought a unique display rack or someone bought a cheaper billing paper roll.
Yeah basically what subscription model would do is , that it would cut down on advertisement expenses and that expense saved could be given out to customers.
Yeah agreed but the secret sauce can be operating at no margins for initial years since there are almost no startups in construction thus nobody else would be able to do the same thing and a bit of market can be captured.

This is inevitable , happens with all domains.
For the past 20 years there has been shortage of developers but now after various
building tools, almost everyone running to tech , chat GPT coming into play...there'll be soon excessive developers + they will be more efficient , thus demand supply gap would decrease and wages would ultimately go down.
