The big fish eat the small fish and the game becomes easier the bigger you get.
On the other hand you have some onlyfans girls flashing their ass for 10 seconds getting thousands or even millions.
I run a fairly popular web game (Redactle https://redactle.net). Thousands of people play it and there are thousands of links on social media which Google doesn't seem to care about. When you search 'redactle' you should be getting my site or a clone of the original setup by a fan; This is how it works on Bing and DDG. But on Google the top results are ad-infested link-farm game sites, a domain squatter page at redactle .com and crap like that. They simply don't recognize the social proof that is out there. A thousand https://spammygames{1..N}.com sites linking to each other beats out all those people linking from reddit,fb,x etc.
Yes it's a joke... just like Google's results in 2023.
It's fucked up how normalized circumcision is. Apparently some hospitals do it without even asking. Imagine your son's penis being mutilated so some person can have child-sacrfice skin cream.
Don't call for the meme that saturated fats are bad. Butter is safer than unsaturated fats which change when heated.
It's designed to be that way by the PR guys that created the plastic recycling logo. This video is under 10mins and features a lot of the PR adverts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJnJ8mK3Q3g
Decades ago glass bottles used to be taken back to the factory, washed and reused. These days every package is a unique shape because of marketing ensuring each package is incompatible with other brands. We need a shipping container (docker) concept for packaging. Consumers are not going to solve this problem as we're easily tricked by greenwashing produced by PR and marketing teams.
The paper you linked to is about pesticide is it not?
It's far more likely the bees are getting covered in chemicals when said chemicals are applied to the flowers of the plants which is often the case with fungicides. You're not going to spray glyphosate on your orchard trees because it would kill them. The fungicide powder used to coat seeds are is also a problem as it's dusty and gets airborne easily. Glyphosate might be a bit of a scapegoat when the other chemicals are far worse.
It really doesn't need to be just as cheaper for a lot of applications if reuse is an option. What we need is reusable containers that are standard sizes. It used to be a thing several generations ago where glass milk and beer bottles would be returned, the consumer would be paid a small amount for each bottle and then they got washed and reused. The thing is we still have glass bottles for beer today but the marketing people have made it so they're all different shapes so it wouldn't be possible to reuse a bottle for a different brand. What we need is a shipping/docker container model for packaging. The marketing people keep ruining it. Every packet is made like a tiktok clip with shiny bright colors and weird shapes. With cigarettes at least where I live the govt had no problem taxing cigarettes and banning shiny packaging in favour of plain text labels. We can also get rid of the recycling meme, you know the American Indian with the single-tear, who was actually an Italian hired by the companies making all the waste. So much of the plastic shit is created by marketing people.
Some areas it would be difficult to replace plastic for instance powertools which need to be light and strong. But it would still help if they all used a standard battery interface.
