Show HN: $MYAPP - A new way to listen to music on Youtube
(that was not a critic to either submission) javascript:window.location=%22http://news.ycombinator.com/submitlink?u=%22+encodeURIComponent(document.location)+%22&t=%22+encodeURIComponent(prompt(%22Submission%20title:%22,document.title)) > ??? x = &arr;
Does this compile? I thought an array was treated like a constant pointer, inexistent in memory so you cannot take its address, increment it, or attribute it another value. Although the point made by RegEx about sizeof, which I didn't remember, convinced me that an array is not actually a constant pointer.To make my thoughts clear, if arr is equivalent to &arr[0], then wouldn't &arr be equivalent to &&arr[0]?
That's the whole purpose of it - creating enough nuisance so that average Joe can't get out of Windows ecosystem. Each OEM will implement the disabling option in their own obscure way, and some of them will even fail to work properly. I remember when I needed one boot pendrive for each of my computers.
EDIT: I didn't check properly. You only use {} for a minor detail.

There is a 64-bit media player, it's just not the default, maybe due to lack of 3rd-party 64-bit codecs at the time. To make it default: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-w...
This is currently true on programming, which is (was?) left out of the basic curriculum.
Details on my profile. I felt cheated because I had no heavily downvoted comments.
Why not make the desktop the home folder, so my files are quick to access? Maybe one could even create a second Desktop for shortcuts and user actions.
EDIT: the whole problem is gone as I finish posting. HN is back to its former shape. I should <strike> my comment.
I had a bad experience with a disappearing post of mine.
I submitted because I wanted to hear a possible explanation. I see that some sites have some nested content, but nothing found when you go to their root. Is it because they are just missing index.html? EDIT: thanks for correcting me, sp332.

It's OK that you suggest RouterOS, I'm just saying OP is not supposed to mention it.
I use private browsing for the privacy paranoia. No need to block cookies. I block JS and Flash mainly to protect from buggy sites that thrash CPU and memory.
EDIT: also, it has surrogate scripts to fix some sites, for instance it removes clutter from Google Search links. And ABE has almost the same functionality as RequestPolicy.
