alexcirceion Managing Remote Dev Teams If You're Nontechnical

Great article. There is an increasing demand for project management on development but at the same time, too few developers make the switch. As a result, more and more folks are getting technical. The biggest issue I've seen is the lack of control over the development team as a non-technical guy. A lot of entrepreneurs and managers don't know if they're getting their money' worth. Since I've been facing this issue myself along with a good number of entrepreneurs I encountered, I started working on a product to give more clarity. We're still battling with some tweaks here and there but would love some feedback from non-technical guys to further improve it. Feel free to check it out --> https://waydev.co/ and of course, reply here or grab me by email for any feedback or discussions (alex@waydev.co)

alexcirceion We eliminate the number 1 excuse!"I haven't received the invoice"

Where?

alexcirceion Invoicing app that helps freelancers get paid faster

1. We are tracking the invoice - (you received the invoice? when did you open? from where? how many times?) With this feature, we eliminate the number 1 excuse! "I haven't received the invoice" 2. We are helping you sending the invoice on FB messenger, WhatsUp, like this you will say goodbye to spam invoice emails. 3. We are integrated with Stripe, like this, it will be very easy to be paid.

And we are working on a scoring system where you can keep track and know your customers even better.

What do you think?

alexcirceion Ask HN: Visiting Bulgaria and Romania: Where to Stay? What to Do? Who to See?

In Bucharest, by day I recommend you to stay in Dorobanti Area and Herastrau area, by night try to visit the old town bars and nightclubs. If you didn't book any hotel I think the best hotel to say is Radisson.

We don't have that many tech spaces but you can visit Techhub.
