From the manifesto: The results of work over the hours put in.

How do you adapt that to the scrum process which has a burndown chart based in the time spent on tickets.

adolfoabegg··on Coc.nvim – Intellisense Engine for Vim8 and Neovim
I don't agree. I don't think there's a correlation between intellisense and bad coding standards.

If the face isn't recognized then you get "Enter your PIN" screen, right? Sorry, didn't read the article so this comment might be out of context.
adolfoabegg··on Ask HN: How do I go about validating an idea?
* Remove all the boilerplate text from your landing page. Focus on what your algo does: why is it different from current existing solutions?

* Use metrics to demonstrate capability.

* Hit real investors and get real feedback.

adolfoabegg··on Ask HN: Thinking of moving to Europe from USA
This is a great summary, nice one! mbrain, move to Europe, you will love the lifestyle. Good luck!
adolfoabegg··on Ask HN: What web framework do you use? Why did you choose it?
+1 for laravel. Nice documentation and really good community. It's ORM is great, its tooling is awesome.

adolfoabegg··on Ask HN: Are there any high quality non-Apple laptops for development work?
Do you run linux or win? if linux: any issues with drivers?
adolfoabegg··on Ask HN: Does it matter to be the first on the market?
Launch first if possible. If you don't then there's still other ways to position your product.

Read: Positioning by Al Ries. Oldie but goldie.

Good luck.

adolfoabegg··on Why 2016 is such a terrible year for the Mac
"For those on the margins, the question will be if staying on Apple products is worth the pain, or if it isn’t."

For me it isn't. I started looking at Clevo laptops already.

adolfoabegg··on New MacBook Pro Is Not a Laptop for Developers Anymore
well, if you you want a touchbarless macbook pro then get a 13' touchbarless macbook pro. Just came to mind this thought "Maybe they're selling that one as part of a sales control group". But then: it's Apple, they just do whatever they think is innovative.

Do you think system76.com is a good alternative from the developers point of view?

adolfoabegg··on Thank HN: From Google form to $1k in revenue in one month
Congrats John! this is perfect example of how ideas should be tested and developed. Loved the story!
adolfoabegg··on [dead]
Yes, totally misleading. How did this make it to HN's front?
adolfoabegg··on iPhone 7
I expected exactly the same. Wireless charging was the first thing that came to mind as a basic "wireless feature".
adolfoabegg··on iPhone 7
They didn't mention wireless charging, did they?
adolfoabegg··on Unity raises $181M round at a reported $1.5B valuation
Well, people don't really start companies (not that easily at least) and it's really a shame because the government should ease things for everyone now that the unemployment level in Spain is around 22% Oh, btw, a couple of days ago the government announced that they will raise the corporation tax. Same situation here in Spain. It's very difficult (it's expensive) to be an entrepreneur. I mean, is very difficult for someone who has an idea, to validate it and built it just to see how the market accepts it. You have to register yourself as an independent professional which cost is around €260/month (plus other bureaucratic processes you need to complete [and pay for them of course]).
