Let the humans use the internet however they want to, and now it's the age of AI, so let humans do whatever they want using AI.
I don't have the answers or a remediation plan for this. But could see this coming eons ago.
And the future is only going to get darker from here. May God help us!
Shameless plug as excitingly I'm working on a tool https://designpro.ai which converts input from various sources into insights and tasks. I've used it to generate insights from my call transcripts, so I do know that it does work.
At this moment, you have to work with the limits, use better prompts, use ChatGPT as a guide and not as your personal robot. With that approach, I feel lots of revolutionary content is incoming in products. Use the tool better to get the most out of it.
However, I feel for the people who have used the official apps for catching up to news, and they are missing out big-time. For example, where do I go now for unbiased football/soccer news?

I don't know what to do, because I don't like burdening someone else, or failing myself to a point where someone has to give me feedback. Just a perfectionist attitude.
How it works? People can check-in every week, and their managers can give them positive/constructive feedback on their performance. For a fun aspect, we have also added a banter feature.
Last thing, we saw many companies needed a 'Review' feature so we've baked it into the tool. The plus thing is that this tool has made our and our clients' reviews easy since the review forms are being populated from the data people submit on this tool.
Similar products in case someone's interested in them: 15five, Lattice, PeakOn, CultureAmp.
Help your teams grow in this time of distress!
p.s. it is free for the first 6 months!
Also, would be great and I'd highly appreciate if you could share some resources to them, I'll also Google meanwhile. That stuff has also excited me!
Also, translating the requirements into good delivery is pretty crucial now, a web programmer is expected to take on a lot more ownership of the product/project they work on. But like @davismwfl said, it is here for long to stay. Good luck!
I don't know why it happens man, it occurred to me whenever I was faced with a deep-rooted issue, an issue that got me exhausted or worried. For example, one of my colleagues, a new hire, died in an accident 4 days into his new job. It got me thinking why do we even exist, why do we die, why were we sent here?
Or when I was bored of life or was so indulged in work that I thought fuck this shit, what am I doing? Why do I even exist? What's the goal? What will happen once we die and get alive again? Even if I do exist, what's the purpose?
How did/do I handle with it? Spirituality helps, you pray to God (I'm a Muslim), then you move on. What helps is that most of us are in that crisis so you tell yourself, "Oh, alright. I'm not alone. Guess I just need to drag myself through life.". You get depressed, you get worried, you get panic attacks sometimes, you cry, you have trouble sleeping. But then... then you just wake up and you get some happiness, and then you move on. You just drag yourself.
To conclude, I find it weird how I've struggled to put my thoughts into words because I usually am able to explain myself properly. So I don't know? Just keep moving I guess... Sorry I don't think I helped.
Because as I grew, went to high-school and then at job, I saw people who had an abusive father, a drug-addict sibling, or a controlling mother. And now, I realise how difficult it must have been for my parents to show us the best version of themselves e.g. my mother cooks food, takes care of us and my father worked in Libya for 30 years as a software engineer away from us only to supply us financially. It must never have been easy.
I'm not saying they're perfect, God no one is. But the fact that I can see at my parents as a moral compass for myself whenever I get stuck helps me a lot. Some of you who read might not be religious but I'm thankful that my parents gave us the right knowledge of religion and not just giving knowledge but telling us about the 'why'.
My father has told me two things his entire life: 1. do your best effort at opportunities (I don't mind if you fail as long as you work hard) 2. don't cheat your way to success
So, yeah, I'm sorry if this seems irrelevant but just wanted to share my side of the story about why I'm thankful.
