Your first link, straight from the introduction:
"Our study was not designed to evaluate the overall harm-benefit of vaccination programs so far. To put our safety results in context, we conducted a simple comparison of harms with benefits to illustrate the need for formal harm-benefit analyses of the vaccines that are stratified according to risk of serious COVID-19 outcomes. Our analysis is restricted to the randomized trial data, and does not consider data on post-authorization vaccination program impact. It does however show the need for public release of participant level trial datasets."
If it wasn't designed to evaluate the harm benefit of vaccination, why are you portraying it as such?
With an ansible playbook and all my services running through docker, it's trivial to set everything up again within the hour with minimal effort compared to years ago when I did services purely through systemctl. In the future I'd like to build a DIY PiKVM and have ansible do the entire installation of the os too, but that's not really necessary for my home server so it's on the back burner.
Me too. I was a long time TST user but I found I am more productive if I use stashes instead, pin the ones I use daily, and try to only keep what needs to be open in a native tab.
+1 for prowlarr. Used to run jackett but I much prefer the automatic updating of *rr services when I change my indexer settings in prowlarr.
Currently running prowlarr with sonarr, radarr, lidarr, bazarr (for subtitle fetching) all from a single docker-compose file, no complaints.
>There is nothing great about abortion. And ease and normalization of abortion for convenience has contributed to way to many over the past fifty years.
We've been doing abortions for millennia, only in the past century did we start doing safe ones. I'd be less pissed about this ruling if those in support of it would fund neonatal care and social welfare systems to support a baby that may come into this world with a mother underprepared to care for it but typically the people against right to choose don't actually care about the babies once they're born.
Foobar2k and Lidarr is where it's at. I went full circle back to sailing the seven seas because streaming services got so bloated and user-friendly in my opinion.
It's basically just a more sensitive radar detector. Instead of picking up the main frequencies radar guns use, it picks up the harmonics emitted by the oscillating crystal inside the radar detectors. All radar detectors leak on harmonic frequencies of the frequency they pick up on, it's just a matter of how much. Those cheap Walmart radar detectors leak so badly they detect each other. Pricier ones are more sophisticated in how they shield.
Spravato is a stupid attempt to make money off of depressed people. They isolated one isomer of ketamine so they could patent it. Tested against placebo but not against generic ketamine... It's almost ten times the price of ketamine too.
The purpose of the ketamine vs other analgesics is you don't need to intubate or monitor respiratory system nearly as much as you do for say, propofol.
I hope this changes... Unfortunately the games I enjoy the most I'm stuck playing with battleye anticheat so Linux is out of the question, but I'm running a 4770k with a newer gpu (and my setup still powers through anything that isn't 3d modeling!)
It's unfortunate that the type of "directed discussion" you are referring to works so well. It drives so much engagement to the comment it ends up derailing threads on other sites, i.e. 1000 comments but only a handful of top level ones. I doubt the number of commenters that read like they took a page out of the online misinformation manuals are actually on a payroll to do so, but damn I sure am seeing this stuff often lately.
Navy also uses inertial navigation. It needs to be calibrated with GPS every now and then but you can get away without a GPS downlink for a while before drift becomes a problem.
"She hoped to make the money back. The answer came in a Christmas request from her grandchildren: “Hatchimals,” a popular interactive toy that arrived in an egg and “hatched” when rubbed. Five minutes of research convinced her that they were Generation Alpha’s answer to Cabbage Patch Kids. The retail price was $59.99, but high demand and low supply caused substantial markups online. In a four-day bidding frenzy, she bought 156 Hatchimal listings on eBay with an average price of $151, spending $23,595.31 in total. “Either I have big balls or no brains,” she emailed at the time, “or perhaps the two go together.” "
Heat management is indeed difficult in space. You're basically limited to emitting in infrared since things like fans or phase change cooling has no medium to dump the heat to.
You can even OD on a known amount of the drug just by being in a different setting. Throughout my time in rehab facilities, I've met many heroin addicts with horrible stories of people close to them dying. It's a hard drug to use safely even if you know exactly how much and what you are getting, mostly because respiratory depressants cause problems when used in conjunction with so many other drugs, but also because in a heavy user, active dose over lethal dose is damn near 1:1.
This is WILD. Hopefully someday I'll be able to record my dreams and revisit them, since I have terrible dream recall after I'm awake for >5mins. The possibility of two way communication from inside a lucid dream sparks a bunch of promising avenues for further research... What if we could feed complex problems to lucid dreamers, or draw on one's creativity while dreaming to extract some crazy ideas similar to Salvatore Dali falling asleep holding a spoon, waking up when he dropped it, and painting what he saw?
