Nah, they'd reject him. They voted themselves into this.
We can find plenty of taxpayers in NY, CA, or MA who have a marginal rate of 40-50%. They are the highly affluent people that those PBS pledge drives featuring Baby Boomer musical acts are aimed at.
I imagine there are several 100M of those on the planet. Most do not get to address the UN, nor have well-off parents who are using her to get publicity that they couldn't get for their own views.

Maybe people who have more money move in from elsewhere. Or else the seller drops the price, or pulls it off the market.
One last possibility: someone buys it who can't really afford it. In that case, either they eventually can make it, or they give up and sell or get foreclosed.
There was 6,000 years of recorded history before Munich. It's not always correct to think that "if we appease them here, they'll be in our bedrooms next."
Sometimes in history, the two sides cut a deal, and peace was maintained for a few generations, which was all anyone expected anyway.
There are SO MANY subreddits. It's bad in that you don't always know which one to go to. Good in that if you don't like one, there's another one that's very similar.
You would think, wouldn't you, that the several dozen countries over the last 100 years that became avowedly Marxist, and turned into prison farms that citizens couldn't wait to leave, would have convinced everyone that it doesn't work?
But no. The college freshman mentality keeps vomiting it up again.
There it is right in the first paragraph. Does The Post keep the number of Biden's lies?
At least CNN listed them: https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/20/politics/fact-check-biden-fal...
However, I think you're wrong to lump all those people in with anti-Darwinists.
AGW comes freighted with Green baggage, and some of the people who reject it are largely rejecting the Green baggage. They suspect, not without good reason, that the "cures" for AGW are measures that Greens wanted anyway. And calling them "denialists" just insures that they'll never listen to you.
Some of them are, of course, religious objectors who think the world was created in 6 days. The task is to separate those people from the rest.
One test of that would be, do they opt for more personal space if the chance arises?
Being scientists, we can design a longitudinal test (of these two groups, identical otherwise, one vax'ed and one not, did the vax'ed have more side effects?) that answers the risk question pretty definitely. Then all the data people trot out can just be examined with, "Is this as good as that test?"
It seems rather clear that the governments of the world, in responding to a perceived emergency, cut some corners. You could argue this was a responsible thing to do. It would also be responsible to start being honest about it.
If you're Steve Ballmer and you want Giannis Antetokounmpo on your team, you can't just call him and offer more money. They have regulations around that.
So it shouldn't be surprising that Jobs & Brin have conversations about REDACTED. If it was an engineer with one year experience working under REDACTED, it wouldn't escalate to that level, at least until Google hired five of them.
I or anyone else could certainly do like you do. I'd just read China Daily https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China_Daily and repeat what they say.
Let's suppose, hypothetically, that you wanted to demonstrate that you're not a CCP troll. What opinions do you have that contradict the CCP's position?
(I don't mean nuanced but safe ones like "they should have dropped the zero-COVID policy sooner" either.)
Whoa, resorting to censorship now.
