Nothing new and people on here won't care. A plant-based lifestyle is better for you and the planet. But people love their meat...

Given the success of the framework, you just might need sone more time before it clicks

Funny, all I remember is the hot mess everyone was producing before Laravel.

Going paid is their fair right, there's nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, forking the project and immediately shitting on the years of work and community building of the upstream with toxic blog posts seems very childish.

I'd rather support a closed source project than a community that actively promotes toxic behaviour.

You must be living in s pretty air tight bubble.

The problem is, most weed is produced exclusively for cows, so your argument does not work.

Yeah, only PHP software needs audits and quality testing. /s

YouTrack is pretty slow.

Sure, yet how most interviews are done is bonkers.

What? Have you ever heard of soy, beans, lentils, chickpeas or the huge variety of seeds? You don't need meat to get your protein, as many eastern folks have proofed over many many years.

Isn't most of this just due to the missing fade transition?

Get over that damn Amazon link already. It's been gone for years!

Once the first browser ships a TypeScript implementation JS will be gone in a matter of months.

That sounds exactly like October CMS.

Very mature of you, bravo!

Why not import all those consts from net/http?

MySQL supports a insert/set statement:

    INSERT INTO tbl SET a = 1, b = 2;

I'm not looking gor a dev that knows it all by heart. I'm looking for a dev who knows how to get information about stuff he doesn't know.

A take home interview therefore gives me a much better picture of the real-life skill level of a candidate compared to a very stressful situation like a real-time whiteboard interview.

Also: Give your candidate a real problem to solve and pay them for their time!

Just read up on the emissions of animal agriculture and transportation and be enlightened my friend. You will see their emissions are not that different in size.

Good for you (and the cow) but this is not how it works in today's diary industry.

> When did cows become the great climate scapegoat ?

Since the whole process is highly inefficient. The cow needs more than 100 litres of water a day. It eats a lot, it produces methane. All that, just for your 80 litres of milk a day.

Milk is so heavily processed you wouldn't recognize it if you were drinking it right off the cow's utter.

That's A. not true as many studies have shown and B. very bad for the environment and for the cow and the calf that were required (to be killed) to get that glass of milk.

Also, a simple jQuery + HTML frontend is in most cases way more performant then the "modern" mess that webpack generates.
