Apple-Guy··on Apple Wins Court Order Blocking U.S. Sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab
The reason for the injunction is that the judge agree that the patent is valid (prior art examples are invalid).
Apple-Guy··on Apple Releases Dedicated iOS Podcasts App
Apple's own App Store twitter account promoted it. I am guessing bugs are due to it being v1.0.
Apple-Guy··on Microsoft introduces Windows Phone 8
Microsoft's failures extend way far beyond the Zune: http://obamapacman.com/2012/06/microsoft-tablet-pc-mobile-de...

Apple-Guy··on Google Maps Floor Plans
GPS is not accurate in doors. So companies are trying to use wifi stations to triangulate (but what if they moved the wifi stations?)
Apple-Guy··on Wikipedia’s Mobile Apps Drop Google Maps for OpenStreetMap
But isn't Google's motto open and free?
Apple-Guy··on It’s Not the File Size That’s Killing iPad Magazines
1. That's not normal. I've used magazine apps on iPad 1 to iPad 3 and I haven't seen one that "forgets" who I am. 2. Magazines can pre-download on iPad. It's been that way for awhile. 3. Agree. Many of those involved don't understand the new medium. 4. Agree. It's the problem of the publishing / content industry.
Apple-Guy··on Apple Announces Plans to Initiate Dividend and Share Repurchase Program
Apple is already buying quite a lot of fuel cells AND solar panels for its datacenters.
Apple-Guy··on I'm not a "curator"
The problem is that New York Times and certain big media sites were recently caught copying / rewriting blogger posts without linking or crediting the source.

Perhaps two odd symbols will solve the problem.

Apple-Guy··on If Android is a "stolen product," then so was the iPhone
The problem is, Apple made the unfinished parc products usable, and invented drag and drop. Here from page 4 of an article:

Apple-Guy··on If Android is a "stolen product," then so was the iPhone
Not in reality. http://www.roughlydrafted.com/RD/RDM.Tech.Q1.07/72B08E9A-D46...
Apple-Guy··on The Smartphone Wars: Mystery of the Android tablets
>I can only watch some DVDs I ripped myself on my iPad because I got the VLC app during its short airtime on the App Store. :(

DVD you rip can be played in the default app on iPad. No need for VLC.

There are plenty of App Store apps that allows AVI, MKV, and even .fla videos. I use Cinexplayer. Another iOS app was free this week that plays all kinds of media files.

Apple-Guy··on WordPress has left the building
What about using spam filters + Disqus?

<1% of spam gets through by using spam filters.

Apple-Guy··on WordPress has left the building
Exactly.

The author does not understand that if a theme is designed properly, an admin can mark comment as spam without editing the post. In addition, just about every single thing he thinks core Wordpress lacks can be added easily with a plug-in.

Apple-Guy··on Google+ Is Going To Mess Up The Internet
So, a self-proclaimed "technology evangelist" doesn't know how to properly credit someone? You are essentially saying you have no clue how Google search works?
Apple-Guy··on Samsung Copies 5 Scenes from 2 Apple Ads + Steals Actress
With 7+ billion people on earth, Samsung shouldn't have to hire the same actress.
Apple-Guy··on I made progress bars using only CSS3. You can use them for free.
That version is very basic. Dipperstove's version is much better in terms of design.
Apple-Guy··on A young Steve Jobs talking about Apple at Stanford (1980) [video]
This video is RIPPED from the computer museum site without credit.

So, WebOS programs is suppose to work on Windows Phone Nintendo games are suppose to work on Sony Playstation? Using your own words, Android "got customers by their balls in a way that Microsoft only dreams of" because Android Market doesn't work on a Dell.
Apple-Guy··on Apple wins ban of HTC devices at US International Trade Commission
You are confusing Google with Apple.

Apple doesn't make money on its App Store. It has a great app store to sell devices.

In contrast, Google gives away adware products to earn more money (by tracking and spying on Android users).

Ever heard of PR?

Hire a PR company, or send copies of apps for review, etc.

Apple also reviews new Apps, and if it's outstanding, Apple typically promotes the app.

So, if you are not enjoying success, perhaps improve the app and improve visibility as mentioned.
