I dont know about C++, but for C Clang certainly feels like it has better error messages than the variant of GCC that the distro the Uni defaults to has, If nothing else, because of the colour.
The internals of STDlibs tend to be nasty, but externally they're designed to be clear. The problem here is externally these interfaces are extremely messy and hard to follow, i.e. the abstraction doesn't seem to work.
Only 3090 on steam. Which is ~1/3 of the while windows back log. And a large chunk of the imported games are older games, so Linux and Mac both are making steady progress.
One number which really has me is that Singapore's proficiency is only high, from what I've seen, they have (on the whole) have an excellent grasp of english.
Because defining constraints in code is more of a faff than just doing it visually? Its also more immediate since (as far as I know) Xcode doesn't support anyform for edit and continue outside of Playgrounds.
The substantial improvements in battery? Better screens (brighter, better fov, more resolution 2008 laptops had atrocious screens)? More portable designs? USB3? Better trackpads and keyboards? More durable designs?
