Of course it affects decisions both personal and in business? What makes you think it doesn't?

Good job to everyone involved.

I started out on Fedora Core 3.

It's great to see so much progress over this time and I sincerely appreciate all the effort it takes to provide me with such a polished free OS.

I find it interesting/worrying that we specifically rule out drinks/liquids etc. in DCs or around any critical or even non-critical infrastructure, but it's perfectly acceptable to take drinks into a flight deck?
4878241143··on Bitwarden
I like Bitwarden but I just find the UI so clunky.

The option to add save or update a password after a successful login just seems to flash so quickly, it's hard to catch it - Fedora/Fx. The icons in the browser extension - why is a key icon for 'copy'? Why is 'edit' all the way at the top in the same colour/font as body text?

It seems to be the best of the bunch when it comes to password managers but I do find the UI a pain.

4878241143··on Can Europe's trains compete with low-cost airlines?
Picked a weekend at the end of this month - depart Friday, return Sunday. Same dates for the flight (used Skyscanner).
4878241143··on Can Europe's trains compete with low-cost airlines?
True but you'd also have to get a train to London St. Pancras for the Eurostar which would probably entail some connection travel costs too - especially so if you are not in London.
4878241143··on Can Europe's trains compete with low-cost airlines?
Just checked:

Return flights to Paris from London for two adults: £107

Return Eurostar train to Paris from London for two adults: £676

I would gladly take a train as I find it a far more relaxing way to travel but the numbers just don't add up.

First step is pro-actively calling them and speaking to a human.

It does happen but you need to be pro-active and not waiting on a reply to a ticket.

I can imagine that ticket slowly sinking to the bottom of the pile as nobody wants to take that on or make that decision, especially in writing!

yeh and a natural way to remind me to pick up drywall from lowes is to use a reminders app, you know because I have a poor memory.

I'm not sure your method is going to help there.
